Has to improve service experience for clients.

Good location.

Room not well cleaned. We found hair at the bathroom floor and bed sheets. Hotel charged 25 dollars for a pet fee, but I didn’t see any outside plastic bags and a disposal place for pets, like any pet friendly place has.

Would never stay here again

Place was clean, staff was nice

The temperature in the hallways was 86 degrees at midnight. The elevator I’m sure was hotter, it’s over 100 degrees outside this is insane. We got a suite for the purpose of split bedrooms the room with the pull out had no circulation and was over 80 degrees so could not be utilized. It being over 100 degrees outside and having rooms being in the upper 80s is unacceptable. Even with the temp down in the room how hot it is in the hall way makes the rooms hotter. UNACCEPTABLE!!!! would not recommend at all.

Overall my stay was cool.

The property was clean and the staff was happy and nice. The breakfast was great. The hotel was quiet and peaceful.

Stayed at hotel before. Hotel is only 3-4 yrs old. Been a while since returned and carpets and hotel smelled like animals. So did the room. The light in room did not turn on and mentioned on check out. They check out person said he was sorry and would have it fixed. The hotel needs repair as they had electrical issues. Door jams were not yet repaired. You had to renter at main entrance with pet everytime. Pet area very disturbing as owners don’t clean up after pets.

VERY LOUD. Dogs (belong to other guests) bark all night and people have been screaming at night. Also I think people were moving furniture around upstairs. I couldn’t get any sleep.

It was the noisiest hotel I’ve stayed at. You can hear every conversation of everyone next to you and above you. For it being a relatively new hotel I was surprised on the poor level of sound absorption. I got no sleep and will never return.

When the hotel was booked my husband booked it with his debt card. He was not with me at check in and I did not have his physical card. Since I did not have his card the gold for the amount of the room plus the amount of the room was taken out of my account. This is absolutely absurd. What if I would have booked this for my children?

Friendly staff and great breakfast. Also, the bed was comfortable.

Used bath cloth in the shower. Also, would have appreciated an awning outside for unloading. Thankfully it did not rain during our stay.

it was pleasant, aside from the noise everything was good.

staff were friendly, room was comfortable, location was nice

I had people staying in the room next to me who had the tv volume up as loud as you can, I called down to reception and complained, they said they would deal with it, it took a while but eventually the sound went down however then at 5am in the morning there was a lot of shouting and slamming doors outside my room, I don’t know if this was the same people doing it because I complained or different people who just decided because they wake up at 5am the entire floor needs to.

Beds weren't that comfortable and carpet was still wet from cleaning.
