Villa Jovi is a luxury and contemporary 4 bedroom villa situated close to the Porto do Mos Beach and with easy access to amenities and the town centre of Lagos. Furnished to a luxury standard and offers air-conditioned bedrooms and Wi-Fi, this is a perfect family holiday villa.

Villa Jovi is a luxury, contemporary villa situated close to the Porto do Mos beach and amenities. This villa comprises of 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms plus a cloak room on the ground level. The villa offers Wi-Fi, a private pool , garden area and off street parking through the electric gates. This is a great villa for a super family holiday in the sun.

Villa Jovi enters into the living area with a dining table and 8 chairs; the lounge has seating around the flat screen TV and DVD player, there is Wi-Fi throughout the villa, the living area has a wall of sliding glass doors that let in plentiful light and lead out onto the terrace, garden and pool area, there are electric shutters on all the windows to keep the villa cool in the hotter months and to add extra security. From the living area there is a door leading through to the kitchen, this is a well-equipped room with, oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave and all modern utensils, perfect for catering for the whole family. There is a door to the far end of the kitchen that leads outside to where there is a built in BBQ and sink for some outside cooking and dining.

There are 4 bedrooms in this villa, 3 of the bedrooms are on the 1st floor of the villa and have air-conditioning, the master suite has a king size bed an en-suite bathroom and a walk in wardrobe, there’s a sliding door that leads out to the balcony, the second bedroom on this floor is also a double bedroom and the 3rd bedroom is a twin room, both these bedrooms share a full family bathroom, all of the bedrooms have sliding doors out to the balcony, they also have mosquito nets to allow fresh air in the villa without any midges to follow.
The 4th bedroom is located on the lower level of the villa this is a twin bedroom and has a bathroom with a shower sink and WC.
The outside of the villa has a lovely pool about 5 x 10 meters surrounded by garden and patio area, there are 8 sun loungers and an outside dining table and chairs.
Villa Jovi is about a 10 minute walk to the nearest supermarket (Intermarche) and about a 15 minute walk to the Porto do Mos Beach and about a 15 - 20 minute walk into the town centre. Although a car is recommended for getting around.

Lagos is a lovely historic town which still retains is Portuguese charm, with its cobbled streets and town wall. The main centre of Lagos is all pedestrianized with an abundance of cafes, bars and restaurants and during the summer months there is street markets and entertainment creating a lovely holiday ambiance.

There is also a lovely Marina with cafes, bars and restaurants and lots of boating trips and water sport actives can be organised from here.

Nearest shop: Intermarche is 10 minutes away on foot, it hosts a wide variety of goods including many English brands.
Nearest beach: Praia do Porto do Mos also hosts 2 lovely beach restaurants it is 25 minutes away on foot.

The city of Lagos, located at the western end of the Algarve region, abounds with energy and vitality, while remaining imbued with tradition and authenticity; It represents a very pleasant tourist destination for visitors of all ages, whether they come as a couple, a family or a group.

The historic city centre has kept its picturesque charm while its dozen beaches are annually rewarded for cleanliness (Blue Flags) but also the quality of its maritime products.

With the ocean at hand, the Sagres Point also offers a vast natural heritage or inland and its coasts are preserved from human activity.

In addition, Lagos is equipped with a hospital, private clinics, supermarkets, shops, direct access to the A22 motorway connecting Faro airport

2nd visit to this villa and not disappointed. The rooms are good AC was needed and was very good due to amazing weather. Villa company communication was excellent we had one problem with one of toilets and sorted efficiently. Location is very private. Supermarket 10 mins walk and walk into Lagos old town 20 mins. Definitely recommend

Vila maravilhosa em zona sossegada

A casa é maravilhosa - as dimensões são ótimas. A piscina tem exposição solar todo o dia. Como fica no final de uma rua sem saída é bastante sossegado. Os sítios turísticos de Lagos (Praia Dona Ana, Praia do Camilo, Ponta da Piedade - lindo pôr do sol e Praia de Porto de Mós) ficam a pouca distância a pé proporcionando boas caminhadas.

Smente uma ideia: casa preciza de tv maior.As panelas precizam melhor..As frigideiras estao muito grandes para fazer um omelete.Tambem acho que deviam deixar bag de lixo na casa.No mais estava tudo otimo.Adirei as cortinas.Tufo escuro para dormir.Muito obrigada

Casa boa e bem tratada (mas deveria estar explícito que há cama para 8 à custa de um quarto na cave, sem janela, com 2 camas - cheiro a mofo). Houve arranjos a fazer (TV sem funcionar, lâmpadas fundidas, máquina da loiça com prateleira de cima inutilizada, sanitas a verter, que dava mau cheiro ao quarto), que demoraram a ser feitos ou ficaram por fazer.
