Betrug!

Lage war ok

Die angegebenen Bilder entsprechen nicht dem tatsächlichen Zimmer. Im Zimmer ist eine alte Klappcouch und riecht dementsprechend sehr streng. Die Zimmergröße kommt dahin noch dazu, dass exakt die Couch nur reinpasst. Das Badezimmer ist zwar auf aktuellem Stand, was die Optik betrifft, geruchstechnisch für keinen zum empfehlen. Fazit: in diesem Zimmer habe ich NICHT übernachtet! Mein Glück habe ich bei einer anderen Unterkunft gefunden!!! Kontakt war nur über booking Nachrichtenfunktion machbar, eine Stornierung bzw Rückzahlung des Betrages hat er komplett abgelehnt (das Zimmer wurde spontan vor 30 min gebucht worden) - sehr enttäuschend.

Good value for money

The location is good, relatively close to the center. Easy self-check-in, I received the instructions by message. Linens and towels are clean, the bathroom is equipped with the necessary. Good value for money.

I stayed in room 005. The shower faucet is broken, the water flows non-stop. A mosquito net or mosquito repellent is necessary.

Зручне розташування, у апартаментах є все необхідне.

Була проблема зі спілкуванням з менеджером, не зразу потрапили до помешкання. Тільки заради нашій наролегливості ми спали в апартаментах а не в авто(((

Grozno neudoban krevet, nedostatak tople vode, rastiman montazni krevet sa stramcem saneurednim oprugama kvrgav, ne moze se doci do prozora jer je uglavljen kauc-krevet

Za cijenu od 39e prolazno,sve vise od toga ne vrijedi tih novaca.

Lokacija,grijanje,internet ,TV,lak ulazak u apartman i komunikacija sa vlasnikom Sadržaj kuhinje

Nismo dobili apartman koji smo izabrali, neki čudan miris u apartmanu ,prolazno čisto treba obratiti pažnju na paučinu i prašinu pogotovo na krevetu iznad glave , razgliman stol u boravku te prljavi i poderani jastuci, slike na internetu i apartman uživo su nebo i zemlja ,cijelu noć se čulo neko zavijanje iz hodnika kao vjetar ,prljav krevet,zidovi,lusteri puni prašine

Objekt je ispunio naša očekivanja i potrebe za prenoćište.

Svidio mi se način na koji objekt obavlja check in i check out, dakle bez fizičkog kontakta s vlasnicima objekta, već samo uz pin na ulasku i prilikom uzimanja ključeva iz lockboxa. Olakšan je ulazak posjetiteljima, ali i samim vlasnicima objekta.

Čistoća na nekim dijelovima nije baš bila na nivou, npr. wc školjka i posuđe.

Koliko para toliko muzike

Cijena je ok. Cijena i soba odgovaraju jedno drugom.

Definitivno madrac nije dobar i na velikom prozoru nije dobra zavjesa koja propušta svjetlost iz ulice rasvjete. Ja bih stavio zavjesu koja ne propušta svjetlost. Madrac veći problem.

NE PREPORUČAM!

Samo lokacija i blizina tramvaja.

DNO DNA! NE PREPORUČAM! . Nije bilo tople vode i ležaj nije dostojan psa, a ne čovjeka. Rezervirala sam standardnu dvokrevetnu sobu sa BRAČNIM KREVETOM (nekoliko potvrda na mejlu imam), a dobila sofu na razvlačenje, željezne raspadnute konstrukcije. Da sam malo viša, ne bih ni stala na to. Odnos domaćina na moj prigovor je katastrofa, da sam uzela tu sobu kakva je i da booking sam prevodi kako želi. Van pameti i uvredljivo za ljudsku inteligenciju. Išla sam nanovo u slike objekta na bookingu i tu sobu nigdje nisam vidjela na slikama. Nema tople vode i smrdi kanalizacija. A pare znaju uzeti.

Super lokacija.

Komunikacija s osobljem izuzetno loša, isključivo porukama, a ni za jedan problem nisu pronašli rješenje. Poprilično nezainteresirani. U jako maloj sobi prozor se nije mogao otvoriti, pokvarena brava, a gosti u sobi do su pušili, iako je pušenje zabranjeno, nisu upozoreni. Zagušljivo. Neugodni mirisi iz kupaonice tijekom cijelog dana. Zajednička kuhinja, iako nigdje nije naglašeno.

Improvements are needed for comfortable accommodation.

Close to the city center.

The TV didn't work, no TV channels were available or if available it wasn't easy to tune in at all. There was no cold water in the kitchen and toilet. The hot water was fine, but the cold water was dripping. There was no extra blanket to cover. There is a charge for parking, but the parking lot is so narrow and difficult to maneuver.

Izuzetno ljubazno i predusretljivo osoblje. Dogovor brz i jednostavan. Ispoštovano sve sto je dogovoreno. Odlična lokacija, a opet dovoljno mirna za prijatan boravak. Higijena na visokom nivou

Estaba limpio y no muy lejos del centro o la parada de la línea 290 que te lleva al aeropuerto. Disponía de hervidor eléctrico y nevera.

El baño súper pequeño y el apartamente en sí tampoco es muy grande que digamos. Dos personas dormían en el sofá cama sin almohadas e incómodo. El proceso de check in es pesado y lioso porque tienes que mandar los DNI antes para que te envíen el código y no te proporciona un número automáticamente para hacerlo. De hecho lo envié al que aparece y me contestó que no estaba disponible y lo mandase a un email...además el check in es a partir de las 4 de la tarde (tarde para mi gusto)

La stanza era pulita, ha una buona posizione per raggiungere il centro di zagabria ed ha un buon rapporto qualità/prezzo. Consiglio per soggiorni brevi come il mio!

La stanza è poco insonorizzata, si sentono molto i rumori esterni. La mattina presto entra molta luce e non è possibile evitarlo.

Prljavo, stjenice, izbjegavajte objekt

Prljav apartman, ručnici su prljavi, u apartmanu smo pronašli stjenice (bed bugs) i nismo dobili puni povrat novca. Vlasnici nas ignoriraju dok pokušavamo vratiti novce. Izbjegavajte ovaj objekt.

Jako lose

Iznenadujuce udoban krevet. Jednostavna i brza komunikacija sa domacinom

Pre malen apartman( na slikama je bio potpuno drugi) nedovoljno osnovnih sadrzaja, jako hladan pod, nigdje nema tepiha. Necista kupaonica tus prepun pljesni. Ormar sa jednom vjesalicom koji ce se raspasti u svakom trenutku kao i ostatak namješta iz Ikee koji je klimav i lose kvalitetne. Neznam sve je lose. Ok je jedino sto ima parking ali to sve placa 7€ tako da ni to nije nista impresivno.

To be fair need to be clear what room you will get upper or lower to avoid disappointment

The location of the apartment easy to get by city centre. Air condition room cool just enough for summer time. The host team are well respond and best helpful are lady maid around nice and friendly.

The room not as show on Booking photo. Expecting room with Balcony and natural light with view. what we get are room on ground floor next to parking located at back side of the building. The room feel more like storage room no view at all get the light from Frosted glass from parking area. One broken chair cover with seat pads? This must be taken away A.S.A.P. Shower holder are broken, need to replace and fix water dripping. I have taken photo of big hole at door not sure this for us to see out side or people from outside to see inside bed room?

Superb

Clean simple flat with nice bathroom, comfy bed, good communication with the host,easy lockbox check in. Perfect for a night for this price.

A bit loud, fridge is missing in the little flat.

Good value for money

The ease of access and the cleanliness of the room. Good value for money and location is relatively close to the city centre. There a few extras such as shampoo and cutlery provided.

Not a lot of facilities and the room was quite small for 3-4 people, it is better suited for 2 people really as the beds are not the biggest.

Great stay in Zagreb! We, two female travellers liked this stay very much. Everything is really clean. The stuff was very friendly and checked on us if the self - check in worked and if we are in need of anything (via messanger). Location is good. The black out covers of the window are amazing!! Very good night of sleep

It was extremely noisy. Did not look like the pictures. Toilet seat was broken, no curtains. Empty batteries from the tv remote.

For these reasons I asked the owner for a refund for at least one night out of two and he refused me, I hope Booking.com

The flat is not bad but it is totally lacking in curtains so you wake up with the obligatory sunrise

Horrible and uncomfortable mattresses, terrible beds so bad that as soon as you move they make a loud noise of broken wood and wake up whoever is sleeping in your room, the bathroom door does not close so there is no privacy, the shower drain takes at least 10 minutes to clear
