About this apartment rental

Stay in our cozy apartment 200 meters from the beach and sea. The apartment is part of a family home and includes a double room with a luxury box spring and a single room with 1 single bed. For a possible 4th person there is a sofa bed available in the sitting room. The beds are made upon arrival.
The whole has a sitting room with open kitchen with dishwasher, oven, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, kettle, plenty of kitchen utensils and induction hob. The entire apartment has underfloor heating and the bathroom has a toilet and a rain shower. The entire apartment is for private use, facilities are not shared.
You can sit outside on the wooden veranda. There is a seat available , there are also two comfortable adjustable garden chairs available.
PLEASE NOTE: The apartment does not have a private parking space. Loading and unloading is possible in front of the door. You can park in the central parking lot 75 meters from the apartment.

the apartment was very clean and nicely located centrally on the water. However, it was not clear on the internet how small the bedrooms and especially the bathroom are. you could hardly turn around in it, The bathroom was completely flooded with water when I showered. The second small bedroom also only has a small skylight and is more of a storage room. The terrace also looks larger in the internet pictures and is on a smaller street for residents.

We enjoyed the appartment. The kitchen has a window in the roof, so it is very bright, what we loved. Only in the case of heavy rain you can hear it. The bed for the parents was good. The second sleeping room is only for one kid. The other one slept in the living room on an foldable sofa. As long as the kids are small enough it works.

Nach Jahren haben wir uns mal wieder mit nem Auto aufgemacht! Haben uns diesen schönen Ort mit der tollen Wohnung ausgesucht!!! Wir wurden nicht enttäuscht 🌷Schöne Wohnung nette Vermieter🌷Alles da was man braucht! Hatten unsere Handtücher vergessen, und wurden sofort von Bob mit Diesen versorgt!!! Also! Wir kommen wieder🌷

Wir haben hier ein paar schöne, erholsame Tage verbracht. Die Wohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen: alles ist neu gemacht, in tadellosem Zustand, sehr sauber - und vor allem liebevoll gestaltet. Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett und unkompliziert. Und sie geben einem das Gefühl, willkommen zu sein. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Sehr schöne neuwertig und gemütlich eingerichtete Wohnung - für 3 Personen perfekt. Der Vermieter wohnt direkt neben an, er war sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und absolut unaufdringlich. Die Lage war sehr ruhig und zu Fuß ist man in 10 Minuten an einem tollen Strand. Das einzige was uns Gefehlt hat wäre evtl. noch ein Toaster in der Kücheneinrichtung gewesen. Dennoch haben uns sehr sehr wohl gefühlt und wären gerne noch viel länger geblieben!

Sehr schöne Wohnung, perfekte Lage, nur 10 Minuten bis zum Strand, sehr netter Vermieter. Mein Mann und ich haben uns total wohl gefühlt und unseren Urlaub sehr genossen. Wird nicht das letzte Mal gewesen sein :)

Bijna geen plek buiten

Het huisje was gloed nieuw en leuk ingericht. Hele fijne bedden. Wat wij echt misten was een combi-oven voor de broodjes in de morgen. Verder staat er buiten een klein bankje voor de openslaande deur maar het weggetje naar het strand loopt er pal voor langs. Voornamelijk gebruikt door wandelaars/fietsers. Geen privacy dus buiten en verder geen tuin. De fietsen stonden eigenlijk bij de buurvrouw voor de schuur maar die was wel zo aardig om een extra hangslot voor de fietsen te brengen aangezien ze toch aan de openbare weg stonden. Als je de deur open hebt met mooi weer en je staat in de keuken kan er zomaar iemand binnenstappen zonder dat je het ziet. Dat vond ik wel een minpunt. Verder heel dicht bij het strand. Callantsoog zelf ligt wel vier km verderop trouwens. De foto laat ook het huis van de eigenaren zien, het huurhuisje is het linker gedeelte.

Wir hatten das Privileg die ersten Gäste in der neuen, geschmackvoll eingerichteten Wohnung von Bob und Nynke zu sein. Es war sehr ruhig dort und komfortabel. Die Fußbodenheizung empfanden wir an den kühleren Tagen als besonders angenehm. Ein großes Plus auch die Nähe zum Meer, zu Fuß ist man in 10 Minuten dort und der nächste Fahrradverleih ist gleich im die Ecke. Unsere Gastgeber haben wir als sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend erlebt. Alles in Allem eine runde Sache. Wir wären gerne noch länger geblieben!
