As you enter through the main door, stairs lead you to the primary room, living room, and garage. The beautiful primary room awaits with a King bed, a Jetted hot tub, a spacious walk-in closet, a shower, and a toilet, all accompanied by large windows showcasing scenic views. Descending the stairs from the primary room, you'll discover another set of stairs leading to the loft, featuring a King bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. On the main level, you'll find a sizable living room with a TV, a large sofa, and a coffee table, along with access to a spacious balcony. The main level also boasts a well-equipped kitchen and a dining table for 8, with a door to the balcony hosting the BBQ grill, as well as a convenient half bathroom in the hallway. On the lower level, four bedrooms and two bathrooms await. Rooms and beds accurate to listing! So many places we looked at to host 11 people (many of whom are couples) were misleading as far as bedrooms & sleeping capacities (i.e. 3 people for a king bed, not enough bedrooms), but this listing had plenty of room for us, including 5 bedrooms which is hard to find! We really have no complaints..our biggest issue was temperature as the house has no AC—but it’s no one’s fault that there was a heat wave at the beginning of our stay. The listing is the slightest bit dated but not an issue for us!

We enjoyed our stay very much. The house was clean and well stocked. It is in a great location with plenty of space to park. Some of the furnishings could use a refresh as they are showing their age.

Stayed here with family for a reunion at RMNP. House was clean and spacious. Plenty of space for everyone to gather together at meal time and have privacy at bedtime. Checkout procedure was easy.

House was very clean! Had a lot of space for our family of 7. Beautiful view off patio. Close to gas station,grocery store and places to eat. We enjoyed our stay very much. Only minor issue was not a lot of pans to cook with but we made it work!

Overall we enjoyed our stay at this property. We had 8 adults (4 couples) and there was plenty of room for us to spread out and have our own bedrooms and bathrooms. The house was very clean and the hot tub was also clean and in great working condition. Even with all of us showering each morning, we never ran out of hot water.
We did have a couple of small maintenance issues with a light and a window shade that we reported and they were fixed promptly for us.
The kitchen had enough silverware (I think there may have been a report before about not enough silverware) for all of us and the majority of major kitchen essentials were available. I would say some pantry staples like flour, sugar and oil were missing, but we were getting groceries anyway.
We had no complaints about the king bed in the master bedroom, but our other travelers did mention the other beds being too soft or two hard. There could be a couple mattresses that are a bit older.
But overall, we enjoyed our stay and we all had a great time.

What a fantastic home up in the mountains! Lots of room for our family of adult children. Super clean and comfortable. Lots of space to spread out. Local activities are close by or a simple walk is right out the backdoor. Hot tub was clean, easy to access and enjoyed by all. Views from the floor to ceiling windows were spectacular. Nice large dining table was enjoyed by all for group meals and many game nights.

My seven friends and I truly enjoyed our weekend stay. The open space on the main level, with the super-comfy couch, was great for smaller chats or one big group conversation. We certainly took advantage of the outside deck and the hot tub!
We struggled with only a couple of things, but I believe - based on the excellent communication with the property manager - that these issues will be resolved. There wasn't enough silverware for eight people, much less the 12 people we originally booked. We had to stand on a chair and unplug the microwave because its fan would not turn off. Half of us did not find the mattresses and pillows very comfortable. People changed beds or came and slept on the living room couch.
That being said, I definitely recommend a stay here. We were all enthralled by a visit from a moose family each morning, enjoyed safely from the deck with great views.

Our overall stay was very good I would definitely stay again. We had one issue and they responded immediately to resolve. The house was nice and roomy had everything we needed. Could use a porch light for the night-time, very dark to walk down the stairs.

Lots of trash outside.Dishwasher broken, upstairs bath ridiculous, loft bedroom too hot. No A/C in the house.Needs updated. Hot tub not in good condition. Overall house needs some TLC.

This is an excellent property!! A 4 split level concept with a lot of space and very unique qualities! Tons of natural light and amazing views! Super comfortable beds and plenty of couches/chairs to hang out! Huge spacious kitchen and eating area and awesome deck space! You will be very happy you stayed here!! Oh and we skied and it was only a 10 min drive to the parking lot we used at Winter Park, and a shuttle comes very close to the property if you’d rather go that way!! Book it today!

This house was fantastic for our needs. It is a super close walk to the shuttle which takes you right to the slopes. The drive to the slopes is only about 10-15minutes. The property managers were amazing! The first night we spent the heat didn't work well, so we called them and they came out right away and fixed it! So easy to communicate with and excellent customer service. We would stay here again!

Place was a good price compared to others. On the older side and odd floor plan. Could use an update on kitchen appliances. Also only way to get to the hot tub was through one of the downstair bedrooms or walking down the front porch steps (which is not doable in the snow). Otherwise, communication with host was very easy, answered each call quickly. Beds were comfortable and overall experience was enjoyable.

We loved our weekend stay! The house was unique, very clean and had an extra loft bedroom. There was plenty of room four our group. Close to safeway and the tubing hill. The hot tub was great. Communication with the property manager was great and they are very attentive. They were able to accommodate special requests. Simply wonderful.

We stayed in the house with six adults and three 1yr olds and it was perfect! Wonderful amount of space for everyone to sleep, baby friendly layout (we did bring two baby gates) and conveniently located for outdoor walks by the creek and outdoor dining that everyone could enjoy.

We had a large group and this house was a perfect size. The location was close enough to Winter Park but also far enough away. There were walking/biking trails close as well. The house was clean and organized. The only thing we needed to replace were paper towel as we only had one extra roll. My suggestion would be to also provide a cleaning product that is approved to be used in and around the kitchen, and provide more trash bags for the kitchen trash can. Thanks for a great stay!

Great house for large families
The house was great for our large family, plenty of rooms and space for everyone. The yard needed some upkeep but the hot tub was a nice addition. The house is old so if you are looking for something fancy, this probably isn't it. Overall, the house was clean and comfortable for a large group of people.

Great spot for a group
This house really has six bedrooms (including the loft) and 4.5 bathrooms so it’s well-suited for a large group. With all the windows, it can get hot in the house during the day (no AC), but we had no trouble cooling it off at night. Pretty views and very close to everything in Fraser and Winter Park. Would stay again!

Great location and view
Beautiful location and view close to Fraser and convenient to stores. Lots of space for our 3 couples and 3 grown children. The common space - kitchen/dining/living/deck - was enough for all of us. The master suite is huge and very private in its own section of house. Five other bedrooms are more moderate in size - 4 in basement, 1 in loft in same section of house as main floor common areas.

Clean and comfortable cabin with amazing views from living room, kitchen, and master bedroom. Worked well for our large group of two families with young kids. Lots of space to spread out. Spotted two moose and a fox from the front deck one evening while cooking dinner :) Would definitely stay here again.

We travelled to Colorado for a family wedding. We needed a big space that could serve as home base. We wanted lots of space so each could relax between events without being on top of each other. We found it! Lots of beds, lots of bathrooms, space inside, space outside...kitchen I huge, everyone could sit to eat together!

Can't Recommend This House Enough! Perfect Mountain Getaway.
This house was everything we could have dreamed of and more for our weekend birthday getaway! Everything from the clear communication with the management team, to easy check-in, to plenty of beds, plenty of room, well-stocked -- I could go on and on. My friends and I went up for the weekend to celebrate my birthday. This house had everything we needed! Plus, the layout was even cooler than you can tell online. Super cozy, super cute, super charming, plenty of parking, amazing hot tub. Can't say enough! Would love to come back and stay again soon. Thanks for memorable weekend!
