The Space:
The huge apartment consists of 310 m2 (3,300 sq ft),Large open plan on the first floor with Kitchen, dining area and living room on the inside. On the outside there's a super large terrace with another living area and lounge chairs. On the second floor there's 3 bedrooms, the master has a super large balcony and private bathroom, the second bedroom has two double beds and a private bathroom which is not adjoined to the bedroom and a third bedroom with two twin beds and a private bathroom. s
Guest Access:
To get to the apartment, head towards Navegantes street in Brisas del Marqués and continue down until you reach Punta Marqués. Along the way, you'll come across two gates that will ask for information about the apartment and tower. Remember to mention that you'll be staying in the PH1 apartment in Bora Bora Tower at Punta Marques.
Once you arrive at the Punta Marques condominium, you'll see a very large wooden gate where you'll be asked again to indicate where you're headed and may be asked to fill out a form for check-in. After signing the form, you'll be given an envelope with the access code to the apartment.
When you reach the Bora Bora building, head to the elevator and press the button for the top floor. Once you exit the elevator, look for the second door on the right side, which will be clearly marked with the label PH1. You're all set! Now, just use the code from the envelope to enter the apartment and start enjoying your vacation.

We advise to bring a car to come and go as there is no internal transport and the streets are very steep. If you arrive by car, you can use a navigation app like Waze to get to Punta Marqués. Simply enter "Punta Marqués" as your destination and follow the directions in the app to get there. The Scenic Road is the most common route to reach this coastal area and is well signposted.
If you prefer to take a taxi, tell the driver to take you to Brisas del Marqués and when you arrive there, indicate that you want to go to Punta Marqués. Keep in mind that taxi fares can vary depending on the provider, and it's always a good idea to negotiate the price before getting in. From Brisas del Marqués, you will go down Navegantes Street until you reach Punta Marqués. Along the way, you will pass through two checkpoints that will ask you about the apartment and the tower. Be sure to mention that you are going to the PH1 apartment in the Bora Bora Tower.
If you arrive by plane, you can take a taxi from the Acapulco airport to Punta Marqués. The taxi ride takes approximately 30-40 minutes, depending on traffic, and the price will depend on the service provider. There are also private transportation services available that you can book in advance. However, we advise to bring a car to come and go as there is no internal transport and the streets are very steep.

REGLAMENTO GENERAL DE ALBERCA, DEPARTAMENTOS Y AREAS COMUNES
1. El cupo máximo permitido en cada departamento es de 2 adultos por habitación y 2 niños menores de 12 años. En el caso de los penthouses, se permiten hasta 8 adultos y 2 niños menores de 12 años.
2. Se permitén dos vehiculos por departamento.
3. El acceso de visitas no debera de exceder el número máximo de personas permitidas por departamento, y estas no podrán hacer uso de áreas comunes. Las visitas deberán de ser autorizadas por el administrador.
4. El horario de las albercas es de 8:00 a 22:00 horas.
5. Los menores de 12 años deben estar acompañados por un adulto en todo momento.
6. Queda prohibido realizar clavados en la alberca.
7. Está prohibido el uso o introducción de lo siguiente en las zonas de albercas:
a. Ropa interior, playeras o shorts que no sean adecuados para la alberca.
b. Bronceadores, aceites y arena.
c. Alimentos y bebidas de cualquier tipo. No se permite comer ni beber en las orillas de la alberca.
d. Fumar en la orilla de la alberca o dentro de la alberca, así como utilizar goma de mascar.
e. Cualquier tipo de figura inflable flotante, excepto los flotantes para bebés en brazos.
f. Bocinas
8. No se permiten mascotas de ningún tipo en el área de la alberca.
9. Solo se permite el uso de dos camastros por departamento y esta prohibido apartar camastros, mesas o sillas.
10. No se permite el acceso a la alberca a persona de limpieza o nanas.
11. Deberán de depositar la basura en su lugar y siempre dejar limpia el área utilizada.
12. No se permite correr ni realizar juegos bruscos en el área de la alberca.
13. Los bebés deben utilizar pañales especiales para alberca.
14. En caso de que algún mobiliario del área de la alberca resulte dañado, se deberá notificar al administrador y se deberán pagar los daños ocasionados.
15. Solo se permitirá el acceso a las personas registradas en la reserva.
16. Aquellos que sean sorprendidos cometiendo faltas a la moral o actos indebidos serán notificados al administrador y se les impondrán multas y sanciones.
17. El volumen dentro de los departamentos no debe superar los 70 decibeles, medidos con un sonómetro a dos metros de distancia de la puerta del departamento, entre las 11:00 pm y las 8:00 am.
18. Aquellos que sean sorprendidos consumiendo estupefacientes serán consignados a las autoridades correspondientes.
19. No se permite la permanencia de personal privada de seguridad en el condominio.
20. El incumplimiento de cualquiera de las reglas antes mencionadas será sancionado con una multa de acuerdo con el tabulador establecido, y en caso de no estar contemplado en el tabulador, la multa será de $3,500 MXN.

c. Tercer Aviso, Multa $10,000 y se desconectar energía y agua del depto.
2. Incumplimiento de reglamentos de mantenimiento: por ejemplo, no reparar daños ocasionados por el propietario o sus invitados, no mantener su unidad en buen estado, cuidado de áreas comunes Multa: $2,500 mexicanos.
3. Uso no autorizado de áreas comunes privadas: llevar objetos, alimentos y bebidas no autorizadas a áreas de alberca, contenedores de vidrio, reserva de espacios, utilizar equipos de música en albercas con volumen elevado (quejas de otros usuarios), juegos peligrosos o implementos no autorizados en albercas áreas comunes.
a. Primer aviso: Se notifica a propietario
b. Segundop aviso, Multa: $2500.
c. Tercer Aviso, Multa $5,000 y se retira a personas de áreas comunes .
4. Comportamiento inapropiado: conductas inapropiadas, faltas de respeto o agresiones al personal o usuarios del condominio. Multa: $10,000 pesos mexicanos.
5. Ingreso de personas no autorizadas, (invitados, o usuarios de apartamentos por sobre el número máximo autorizado), Multa sugerida $5,000 pesos mexicanos.
6. Incumplimiento al reglamento de rentas en cualquiera de sus artículos: Multa sugerida $5,000 pesos mexicanos.
