klein, sauber, super zentral (Charlottenburg)

Es war sauber, für meine Zwecke hatte es eine fantastische Lage, alles vorrätig, von Gewürzen über Kaffee/Tee/Müsli/Shampoo/Duschgel etc aber auch Kochgeräte Toaster, Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher, Kaffeemaschine und sogar eine Waschmaschine. Viele liebevolle Deko Details...

Die Treppen zum Bett sind mir (55J) zu steil. Oben angekommen, kann man das Licht von unten nicht mehr ausmachen, dafür muss man extra wieder die Treppen runter (am besten rückwärts) und im Dunkeln wieder hoch. Wäre gut, wenn die Schalter/lichter oben und unten miteinander verbunden wären. Auch die Steckdose am Bett ist sehr versteckt (hinter dem Kopfteil), so dass man das ganze Bett vorziehen musste.

Ohne Telefon wäre die Schlüssel Übergabe geplatzt.

Cozy and comfy little apartment in the heart of Berlin - a nice affordable refuge for travellers

Very cozy and comfy little apartment that gave a good impression of inner city Berlin living. Great to have a washing machine! And the free breakfast food, coffee, tea, and sweets were a life-saver as well. A great stay.

Very small and cramped space but nothing to really complain about for the price and location. Neighbours were a bit loud but quietened down later in the night. Also had some trouble putting the keys back in the lockbox at the end of the stay but rang the property and was able to sort out another way of returning them, so no harm done.

Very pleasant

Was small but cosy. Perfect for us as a couple. It was clean and the host left some welcoming treats for us, which we thought was very friendly. The fan near the bed was very nice especially because of the heat.

The shower was hard to get at the right temperature and it was rather small.

Our stay was very pleasant.

The apartment was very close to Charlottenburg Bahnhof so it was very easy to reach the city center. Also the bed was very comfortable.

The bathroom did not have a ventilation so towels were damp most of the time.

Super handy having a washing machine in the room. The apartments in very well stocked and the space is well utilised. a little out of the main city but there are buses around.

Excellent & comfortable stay in a great location!

Quaint & very comfortable apartment in an excellent location. Host left flowers, sweets & breakfast waffle for our arrival. Just lovely!

The location was not bad, the host was nice.

The humidity in the apartment is very high and sadly it was cold too, so without the heating and proper ventilation the bed and duvet was damp, the apartment is also facing the street directly so it is a bit loud and without a shutter it is too bright too.

The entrance was very easy, the amenities in the house were above expectations. the bed was very comfortable, you just need to stand up carefully :)

Great for a shirt stay

The owner has utilised a small space beautifully. Clear instructions on how to access the property which were helpful. Would recommend for a short stay in Berlin. Just a 5 minute walk to the station that can get you anywhere around the city.

The shower had no holder so kind of hard to shower

Exceptional

Apartment is small, but it has everything that is needed. Excellent location, very close to Charlotenburg Castle, there is a bus stop a few meters away, a supermarket 5 minutes away. Host was very nice. I recommend the place.

Pleasant stay, though we experienced some troubles.

The apartment was really cozy and beautiful, ideal for two people. It is well-equipped and -although small- it is more than enough for a few days stay. It has easy access to public transport and the area around is quite nice and peaceful.

The staircase leading to the bed is steep and you need to lower your head as you reach the upper floor. We had trouble with the water in the shower, it was changing from extremely hot to extremely cold without notice. When we contacted our host we received no reply unfortunately. Moreover, the walls of the apartment are really thin and everything our neighbours were doing was audible, especially running water. And another thing that troubled us was the fact that the main door of the building did not need a key to open, you could just push it and have access to the block of flats. However, two keys were necessary to enter the studio.
