This spacious 8-bedroom apartment managed by Central Hill Apartments, is located in one of the most expensive streets in Lisbon, close to Avenida da Liberdade (the most famous and exclusive avenue in Portugal) and Principe Real (the trendiest location for food, beverages and shopping). With a fantastic view from the living room you are within walking distance from all the main places to visit in Lisbon such as Avenida da Liberdade, Rossio, Baixa, Chiado, Principe Real, Bairro Alto, the São Jorge Castle and the picturesque neighborhood called Alfama. The 200 square meters apartment fitting up to 16 people is located on the third floor of a very charming building, with original ceiling stucco and fine old wooden floors, but without elevator. It features 8 bedrooms, one living and dining room with a fantastic view over Lisbon, 3 complete bathrooms, an equipped kitchen, and plenty of sunlight.

Bedroom Preparations:
- The apartment will only be prepared for the number of people selected in the reservation
- If you are more than 13 people, we will prepare extra pull-outs in the rooms with double beds so you can sleep separate.

Important Information:
- This apartment is located in a very sensitive building where the rules must be followed at all times and the neighbors respected.
- No loud noises or music during the day and silence at night (starting 10pm).
- Parties, smoking and music speakers are strictly forbidden.
- Air conditioning or central heating not provided (portable heaters and fans provided)
- Due to its central location in the touristic area, you should expect some outside noise.
- This apartment requires a security deposit to be blocked on your credit card, which works as an insurance the rules will be respected and the apartment well taken care.

The apartment is perfect for families or groups who want to spend a few days in Lisbon with everything within walking distance. It's hard to find such a well-located apartment, able to accommodate this number of guests in the center of Lisbon.

Check-in & Check-out:
Check-in: starting at 16:00
Check-out: until 11:00
- Please ensure you provide the expected check-in time a few days in advance.
- Upon making your reservation you will be provided a check-in number, which you will need to contact 30min in advance so our colleague can meet you at the entrance of your apartment.
- Flexible early luggage drop starting 11:15 (should be requested in advance and is subject to availability)
- On the day of your check-out, just leave the keys on top of the living room table and close the door (loss of keys will result in a 75€ fine)
- Failure to leave the apartment before 11:00 will result in fines. It’s not possible to store luggage after check-out. Luggage pick-up service available (contact for more info)

Late Check-in Fee:
Late check-in fee of 30€ for all arrivals after 20:00 paid in cash at the check-in. This amount works as a compensation for the check-in person who has to stay working after hours to welcome you at the apartment.

Extra Guests:
It’s not allowed to have more guests than the ones selected on your reservation. If there are more guests, an extra guest fee might be applied (35€ per person per night)- contact us for authorization and confirmation of the extra guest fee amount.

Security Deposit:
This apartment requires a security deposit of 300€ to be blocked on your credit card.
- You will receive an email 7 days before the check-in requesting you to associate a credit card so it can be blocked 2 days before your check-in.
- If the rules of the apartment are respected the security deposit will be automatically released up to 7 days after your check-out.
