Secluded in the forest, this beautiful two-level vacation paradise has unstoppable, restful vistas, lots of outdoor space, boat dock on a placid lake, and access to the best mountain bike trails in the country! With four comfortable bedrooms plus an office with a convertible day bed; 3.5 baths; efficient and equipped kitchen & dining room, both with eating areas; extensive deck areas; pine shiplap ceilings, two fireplaces, laundry facilities, and an appealingly open floor plan but still private spaces when needed; this vacation space is everything you’re looking for! Located in the heart of the Back 40 Bike Trails, there are mountain biking trails all around. Bikes are safe in the enclosed garage when not in use. Swim when it's hot in the man-made lake, then play games, solve world problems, or just relax at the deck table with your compatriots, or around the firepit below on the ground level. Spend the evening - or early morning, or anytime of day - enjoying the views of the lake, the wildlife, and the feeling of being lost in nature.
Cook on the grill, find one of the myriad restaurants in the area, or enjoy a picnic. Anything’s possible, and pleasant, at this delightful lake house home away from home!

We had 12 people ages 4-65 for our family vacation. The house was big enough for all, with enough beds and bathrooms. The kitchen was well stocked, with plenty of table space for everyone. We loved swimming off the deck and exploring the area.

The owners of the home were amazing in their communication with us, from months before our stay and all the way up to our last day of the trip. Karla is a one of a kind host! The house was located perfectly and had everything we needed. We will be staying here again next year!

Our baseball adventures brought us to Bella Vista for the Chad Wolff Classic. Our group was looking for a relaxing place to stay with some space for the kids and outdoor fun. We enjoyed fishing from the dock and enjoying the views from the deck. The amenities inside were just as nice. The kitchen had all the necessary appliances and cooking items. The sleeping areas were perfect for our large group. The bunks were great for the kids and the regular beds accommodated the adults. Everyone raved about the water pressure in the showers, and I have to agree, it was amazing! There were plenty of linens for our large group, as well! Overall our stay and experience with Tim and Karla was outstanding! We will definitely be back! Thank you!

We took the whole family 6 adults and 7 children and had a wonderful time. The house was big enough to accommodate all of us with ample bedrooms and bathrooms. The living areas where awesome one for just sitting and talking and one for the children to play in. The kichen was well stocked and plenty of seating for all of us at a table. Best part was lake access. The kids loved the lake. Swimming, paddle boating and tubing. We also enjoyed the hiking trails and biking. Everything we needed and wanted to do was conveniently located to the property. I highly recommend anyone wanting a great place to stay to stay here.

The property was perfect for our annual guys golf trip to Bella Vista. The location on the lake was great and we all really enjoyed the deck and patio. Everything was labeled and easy to find in the kitchen so we could cook for our entire group every night and there were plenty of beds for everyone. We will definitely be back.

Plenty of space, and everything was well labelled. Pretty close to everything we needed. Only real oddity was the bunk bed in the room with the queen, but i imagine thats probably got its uses, just not for our group

We traveled to Arkansas to attend the War Eagle Craft Fair along with other sites. This home fit all of our needs and sits on a beautiful lake. We would return.

This is a beautiful home, lovely neighborhood, unbelievably well stocked with everything you may need. Makes you feel at home. I can not say enough about the owners. Wonderful to work with and they went out of their way to make us comfortable . We wish to thank them for helping us watch our Chiefs!

Karla was very easy to get in touch with and so nice. We had a little situation with needing a pass to boat on a neighboring lake but Karla helped fix that. The home was well stocked with towels and cook ware. It was a little bit of a hike down to the water but we all swam, paddle boated, and kayaked every day. The fishing was also pretty good. We would stay again.

10 guys over 60 stayed at the house and played golf at the BV courses three straight days. Beautiful courses - all within 10-15 minutes of the house. We had shrimp boil one night, grilled steaks another - and this home accommodated us all very nicely.

Karla was responsive and so easy to work with. The house so well laid out and equipped, and the beds incredibly comfortable! We loved the fresh air and balcony, and the lake was gorgeous! Add to that the cute playroom, amazing sights to see that are so close, and we will be recurring customers ♥️ The best part was that the hosts were receptive to feedback on a minor change to make the outdoor stairs a little more stable. We loved the area, the stay and the hosts and would recommend without hesitation!

This home was exceptional. Everyone in our group loved the house, the room it had, the closeness to the lake, the dock, there was not one thing that we could criticize. Excellent care is taken of this property and you can tell the owners are all about their renters. We would recommend this home to everyone.

The A/C wasn't working in the when we arrived, but the owners were very responsive and got it fixed as quickly as possible. We enjoyed hiking the nearby trails, playing in the lake, and visiting local sites. Because of family groupings we had a couple of adults sleeping in the bunk room, but that is really intended for children. Nice place; I would gladly stay there again.

This home is exactly as stated. Plenty of room for our extended family of 9, with ages from 66 to 1year old. The bedding and towels were luxurious, and the kitchen was well stocked with all the essentials. We were able to enjoy the dock, lake and paddle boat. The location is quiet, and a short driving distance to all the local sights and activities. I will highly recommend this home to others, we only wish we could have stayed a few more days!!

The pictures don’t do justice to the beauty of this place, inside and out. Not only was it beautiful but also tons of room to spread out in the home. The kids loved playing foosball and the pinball game and also sleeping in the bunk room. We appreciated how the hosts went above and beyond for us. We hope to stay here again soon!

Several of my friends and our families stayed here for a long weekend. We thoroughly enjoyed the large dining room, very well stocked and labeled kitchen, lake access, bedroom arrangements, foosball and bean bag toss, etc. Karla was very responsive and good at communicating with us. We would highly recommend staying in this home!
