Clean, comfortable, excellent service, 4 stories only stairs.

Modern, comfortable, excellent staff, views of mountains!

Car noise on road, old building with stairs only (I was on 4th floor and with altitude sickness adjusting coming from sea level to 4,600 ft it was difficult to climb the stairs.)

Personal del hotel entró a nuestra habitación y robó dinero

Personal del hotel entró a la habitación mientras desayunábamos y sustrajo dinero de nuestras billeteras. Inicialmente no nos dimos cuenta porque el dinero robado no era la totalidad de lo que teníamos. El único momento en que pudo ocurrir fue durante el desayuno. Ya nos habíamos ido al darnos cuenta por lo que llamamos por teléfono y el gerente dijo que miraría las cámaras pero nunca devolvió la llamada ni ofreció mostrarnos la grabación. Dijo que no vio nadie entrando. Actualmente Booking ha abierto una investigación contra este alojamiento y estoy aguardando una resolución.

Buen hotel a buen precio pero no pude descansar

El recepcionista del cheking y del check out SUPER amable. La habitación grande limpia y comoda.

La persona que estaba por la noche en recepción tuvo la musica muy alta casi toda la noche y apenas pudimos dormir. Bajé dos veces a recepción pero no lo vi. Sobre las 6 de la mañana por fin conseguimos hablar con él para que quitase la musica.

Perfect for the night before a flight

Perfect, basic hotel near the airport at a great value! Staff was very helpful in organizing taxis. Rooms were spacious, comfortable, and clean.

Superb

the staff is very friendly, the breakfast is also very tasty and excellent!!! the hotel is super, but you can hear everything behind the wall. it was very noisy and it was impossible to sleep.

Good option for a one night stay if you go to the airport.

Excelent location for one night if you go to the airport. 10min by taxi. Friendly and attentive stuff. We had the double room with window (important because there are rooms without window) in the 5th floor. Extremely good steakrestaurant in walking distance. (Patagonia Mía, Carrera 11 Bis No. 38-125, Mallorca, Pereira, Risaralda) Definitely worth the money wich anyway is very afordable.

There is no lift, but the staff carried the luggage upstairs. As the hotel is situated on a main street you hear the noise.

Postive energy from the staff made for a good experience.

The staff is extremely helpful and very attentive to your needs. The restaurant staff is very friendly and cheerful. Part of the experience at a hotel is not just the physical aspect of the room, but more importantly is the attitude and the passion the employees project towards the guest. This postive attitude coupled with a clean/organized room equates to a pleasant stay and a positive story to tell. JAC

The parking is very tight in front of the hotel.

It was good overall.

It’s very clean, location is great near the airport and downtown.

Rooms in the front are very noisy. I got help from Juan David (the receptionist to change to a room located in the back of the building m. This room was a lot less noisy, but it has not good isolation from light

Good place to stay

Nice and clean place to stay. Welcome personnel. We liked this hotel. It was very nice to have a 24/7 food delivery to the hotel as we arrived at night. Thanks.

Good value for money, but noisy

Good breakfast (freshly squeezed juice), nice staff.

Noisy, poorely insulated rooms (hotel located at busy road), ventilation openings cannot be fully closed to prevent the noise from entering, don't forget your earplugs.
