Fui feliz nos meus dias hospedada ali!

Eu passei uma semana e me senti em casa! Todos me tratam super bem, muuuito bem! O lugar é lindo, agradável, silencioso e bem limpinho! Fica em um bairro tranquilo e tem tudo pertinho! Já estou com saudade!

Só serve para dormir.

Chuveiro é muito bom! Localização, se vc precisar ficar próximo ao aeroporto!

As informações pré reserva não são boas. Só fazem a limpeza do quarto se vc pedir (colocando a plaquinha para o lado de fora). Não fornecem xampu e condicionador (como informado aqui no Booking), são bem econômicos no sabonete (só um e bem pequeno, tive que pedir outro). Cobram R$50,00 pelo uso de uma hora da sauna (mas na minha hospedagem estava em manutenção). TV bem ruim, com sinal ruim de antena digital.

Precisa colocar mais uma lixeira no quarto, a do banheiro é pequena e ter só ela no quarto é um pouco ruim.

Talvez preço da diária não corresponda

A cama e os travesseiros são confortáveis, o banheiro espaçoso. Fica bem próximo do aeroporto, deixando prático pra quem for ficar brevemente por Belém. Os funcionários foram prestativos. Não cheguei a usar a piscina e a sauna, mas pareceram satisfatórios também.

Infelizmente a água quente do chuveiro não estava funcionando (tinha dois adesivos indicando "água fria" e "água quente", mas variava entre água gelada e água muito gelada). O café da manhã começa mais tarde do que nos outros hoteis (7h), o que pode ser um problema pra quem tem planos cedo. Reservei pensando em tomar café antes do meu embarque (7h20), porque sendo a partir das 6h teria tempo tranquilo, e só no checkin percebi que era mais tarde. Então fui pro meu voo sem tomar café depois de um banho gelado. Não há elevador também, então pode ser um problema pra quem tiver muitas malas pesadas. Por fim, esqueci um item no quarto e pedi auxilio no chat, falaram que iam verificar mas dez horas depois e nada de retorno.

Shocking!! AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!!

Nothing!!

At the moment of check-in, they refused to take the payment from the card provided on the booking. My mother, a 68 year old, after 2 flights it meant +12h travelling, almost midnight, had to walk away in order to find another place to stay. And that after been through such a stress with the staff, a complete shame!! This hotel shouldn't be an option here anymore. I've in booking.com over years and never saw something like this.

Maravilhosa, me senti em casa.

Excelente localização, pertinho do aeroporto, bairro tranquilo, próximo do shopping, excelente café da manhã, funcionários atenciosos e educados, recomendo e voltarei. Academia bacana pra quem não abre mão de atividade física, piscina e sauna não usei, mas estava sempre limpa.

A internet não é muito boa, pra quem está a trabalho e fica um bom período no hotel, é um ponto que precisa melhorar, trava um pouco, mas funciona.

A quality affordable stay for people who can manage the limitations.

The location is good for a traveler who wants to be near the airport. There is a nearby athletic facility that can be used for a nominal price. Also nearby are a well-stocked market and a pharmacy. The staff is friendly and helpful. The pool facilities are excellent. Breakfast is basic but good. I speak decent Portuguese so I can't comment on communication without that. I got a room with the outside balcony. I would recommend that.

There is no elevator or apparent help with the luggage. Not a destination for people with physical issues. Be aware that the showers work a little differently from many I've used in Brasil. Once the water runs for a bit, however, both the temperature and pressure were excellent. There is no restaurant – just some limited availability of snacks and drinks, including beer and wine. It would be good if they offered more info on local food delivery services.

Perfect for 1/2 night stay and good value for money.

Very nice breakfast next to the pool. They are very nice and there is a good selection. The ladies at the desk were very nice and helpful. The hotel is pretty cheap but it offers good value for money.

There was mold in the shower of my room. The television in the room was not really working. Maybe cleaningness could be improved, but it's definitely a good cheap option for one/two night stay next to the airport.
