LAZEE DAZE in Panama City Beach is an amazing beach cottage with a private pool and large screened patio within walking distance of the Beach for endless outdoor fun. This home is centrally located (away from the crowded high-rises) on the quiet West end between the Pier Park Shopping Area, Frank Brown Sports Complex and 30A.

This Beach House is just like Brand New. A spacious three bedroom with two baths and everything you need while on vacation.
The large living room, dining area and kitchen are connected. This creates one big open area for the family to gather. French doors open out onto the large screened patio that also overlooks the lush landscaped pool area.
You will enjoy relaxing in the master bedroom which is large and comfortably furnished with a King size bed and television. It also features a large walk-in closet, an ensuite bath with double vanity and a beautiful walk-in shower.
The second bedroom is equipped with beds for three people. It is furnished with a twin bed and twin bunk beds. There is also a television for entertainment.
The third bedroom is furnished with a queen sized bed and also has a television.
The kitchen is stocked with pots, pans, utensils, dishware and glasses. There are stainless appliances including a microwave, a refrigerator and a coffee pot. A dining table seats four and the kitchen island seats four.
A complimentary starter (limited) supply of toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags are supplied to get your stay off to a stress-free start.
Lazee Daze is conveniently located within walking distance to the white sand beaches of Panama City Beach and more. Don't miss the locals favorite spot, Sunnyside Grill, where you can enjoy local breakfast and lunch. Also within walking distance of the Reef Bar at Beachside Resort for that relaxing cocktail as you watch the amazing sunsets over the Gulf of Mexico.
Winn Dixie, Publix (grocery delivery available), and CVS are just a few blocks to the West down Front Beach Road for any items you might need.
Parking for 3 vehicles outside. Garage is not accessible to guests.
The pool is NOT a heated pool. The garage is not accessible for vacation rentals. Parking is provided in the driveway and parking pad in front of home.
You must be 21 years of age or older. All renters 21-24 are required to have two primary (responsible) tenants. Responsible renter(s) must be an occupant. All renters under 25 are required to pay an additional $1,000.00 cash deposit due prior to check-in. Any violator will be evicted without refund. All rentals are required to sign our vacation short-term vacation rental contract that will be sent to you for signature to confirm your booking. We also require names and ages of all guests with copies of photo IDs for all guests over 17 years of age.
*Due to owner's severe allergies, NO PETS OR SMOKING of any type are permitted on this property.
*Cancellation Policy: Guest receives 100.00% (less $99.00 cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs at least 30 days before arrival; Guest receives 50.00% (less $99.00 cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs at least 14 days before arrival; No refunds within 14 days of arrival
Please be advised that while we do offer free Wi-Fi, service in the area can be spotty regardless of provider. Should you require stable internet service for work or pleasure; please bring an ethernet cord to plug into the router or bring access to a hotspot with you. Limited tech support. Wife and I wanted a place to relax and this place really checked that box. It was very clean and updated. Nice furniture, layout and design. We spent a good portion of our day around the pool or in the screened in patio. Master king bed was very comfortable. High ceilings made it feel bigger! Pool was perfect size with the ability to put a lounge chair or two in the shallow space. Lazy Daze is on our short list for places we will go to again. Lastly, the property managers were very nice and quick to respond to my questions or requests.

Our family had a great time at this property. The home is beautiful, spacious and looks just like the pictures. We loved coming back to the pool after a day at the beach. The outdoor shower is a big plus. Getting to the beach is a very short walk. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again!

The house was in a nice quiet friendly neighborhood. The beach was only a 5 minute walk and the pool was perfect! The house was very comfortable, clean and very well equipped. Everyone in my family said they’d stay here again.
Only drawback that was mentioned, the shades in the front bedroom were so thin they were useless.

Close to Beach
The house was very clean and comfortable, and we all enjoyed the pool. It is located a very short walk to the beach, which we also enjoyed. I realize the listing states there is a "(limited) supply" of toilet paper, but there could have been at least full rolls in each bathroom when we checked in. There also was no dish soap. The only way to clean items that were not dishwasher safe were steel wool pads. I emailed the property management company twice and received no answers.

The house was exactly as described. It looks farther from the beach than it is. From the front door to the sand it only took 5 minutes to walk. David was extremely responsive and kind. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back!

Perfect balance between cost and proximity to the beach
We stayed here for 5 days, and loved every minute of it.
Marylin was great, and answered any questions I had promptly. The property was exactly as pictured, and the house was clean and tidy.
The backyard was a perfect spot to chill after a day at the beach, and my kids loved the pool and didn't care one bit that it wasn't heated. We didn't care either - Just jump in and you'll get used to it :)
The proximity to the beach was perfect, and was only a 5 minute walk from the front door. Publix and Wynn Dixie were only minutes down the road, so everything was super convenient.
I would definitely stay here again. We loved it. Great little house, quiet neighborhood and everyone was super nice!

Exactly what I expected
My family and I really enjoyed staying at this property. It was just as advertised. Spacious well kept home two blocks from the beach. We had a couple of minor issues with the lights and the dryer but communicating with David was easy and response times were great. I would definitely stay at this property again.

Perfect rental location
This rental was perfect for my family. Everything was seamless from check-in to check-out. The house had plenty of amenities to keep the whole family entertained when we were not at the beach. There was plenty of seating through the home and outside pool area. The beach was easy to access and only a short walk from the house. There was no need to carry a bunch of stuff to the beach, because we just walked back to the house to take a break from the sun. My family really enjoyed the house and we would love to rent it again next time we are in the area.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our week long stay at Lazee Daze! Despite 3 days of pouring rain from the outer bands of Hurricane Ida, our stay here was one of our best vacations! The house was clean & very tastefully decorated. The proximity to the beach was great—it was an easy 7 minute walk to get from the front door to toes in the sand! The neighborhood was uncrowded & the people were all very friendly. The private backyard pool was located amongst beautiful tropical foliage and was a great spot to relax. We also really enjoyed the screened in porch—despite the rain, we were able to sit outdoors to eat meals and play games. David & Marilyn were helpful & easy to work with. We look forward to another vacation at Lazee Daze in the future!

Amazing home!!
I booked this property for an end of summer family vacation and I am so happy I decided on a house with a private pool. The house was exactly as presented on VRBO, except maybe better. The private pool was a hit, so much so we didn’t even go to the beach. The house accommodated our adult children and my husband and I very well. The neighborhood was quiet and just a short drive to all the Panama City Beach activities.

Super nice place. Convenient to the store, very short walk to the beach. We went in the morn and was able to park with no issues on the days we didn’t walk. House is beautiful and as described. The pool was what sold me as I was there with kids aging 16-10 months and was a hit with all of them. And y’all, I don’t sleep well on vaca but I did here! Felt like home and the beds were super comfy. Beaches were never really crowded. You didn’t have to go “claim” your spot like some beaches. Would definitely stay here again.

This house was great! It was way closer to the beach than I had originally thought. The pool was beautiful. The king bed was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept on! My husband had said several times the past few days that he misses the bed so much. Neighborhood was pretty quiet. All the neighbors seemed friendly and would wave. I liked that the house was on the west side of Panama. It was much quieter and did not have a bunch of condos on the beach. It is a small house but has a great layout. It has a large walkin closet in the master and a large walk in pantry. I do wish the house came with more stuff for the beach. We live in Kansas City and had to buy and pack lots of beach stuff like wagon, beach shade, sand toys, beach chairs before our trip. It took up a ton of room in the car. I did know this in advance but I know from past experiences that most houses come with this stuff. The price of this rental seemed very fair but honestly I would have paid more a night to not have to lug everything from Kansas City. Overall it was a great experience and I will recommend to family and friends.. This was our first time in Panama City Beach and we will definitely be back.

I cannot say enough positive things about this home. It was more beautiful in person than in the pictures. Everything was so well kept and updated. There were four of us staying, my husband, my mother, our son and myself. We all had a great experience. There was plenty room to be together and have our privacy for the week. The location couldn’t be better! Within walking distance down the street to the beach, however we drove and found parking right next to the beach and crowds were not an issue! Restaurants were close by along with Pier Park which has everything you need from food to shopping to a beautiful pier! I really could go on and on. Homeowners were easily accessible. They really know what they’re doing! If/when we come go back to Panama City, we will DEFINITELY be hitting them up for a vacation home! Absolutely amazing!
