The townhome is spacious and comfortable for up to 16; we had 14 show up — adults and children — with ample space. The kitchen is stocked and has a large island and large dining table, so plenty of room for gatherings! The king bedding in all rooms and the bunk room are very comfy! The upstairs pull-out sofa is not comfortable when pulled out, so we used it closed with the additional sheets and blanket that are provided. (The owner appreciated the feedback.) There are also sofas on the main floor with an extra set of bedding if needed. The golf cart died on the way to the beach twice, so we gave up on it. However, I let the owner know about this before we departed; he greatly appreciated the communication, and said he would trade it out for the next guests. Golf carts are a rare find in rentals, and I’m sure our luck was a fluke. The walk to the beach just takes 5 minutes, and we also took our truck, too, so no loss there. Though we ended up not using the extra toys, the owner also provides paddle boards, bikes, kayaks — also rare. We certainly appreciated all the extras and the excellent communication!

We had nine of us staying from adults down to 7. We had so much room to roam around that we never felt like there were nine of us there. The owner was so responsive with a silly question I had. We would without a doubt stay here again and HIGHLY recommend this house. We loved the fact that there were the kayaks, paddle birds, chairs, and a fishing dock.

Although the golf cart didn’t run fast enough to drive , the grill was broken, the bike had flat tires, the oven was filthy. We had a great time. The house itself was clean and spacious. The garage was a nice space to hang out and fishing off of the dock and watching the big birds dive bombing for fish was fun. Overall a great location and a great time.

Our family of 14 stayed here to see my niece graduate from Texas A&M-Corpus Christi. Everything was perfect! We had 3 comfortable King beds, kids bunk beds, AC was cold, walking distance to pool, grill, lawn chairs, and large kitchen and dining room. It was super clean and we even got to check in a little earlier. Plus check-out was easier than other places we’ve stayed at.

Great location, plenty of room to spread out. Kitchen well equipped. We used grill with no problems, and granddaughter loved all the beach toys. Only suggestion would be to add some towel type bath mats, and maybe a front door mat to help reduce sand getting brought in on shoes. We would stay again.

This house was perfect for the 7 of us. It was great that there were king beds for all of us and then the kids shared the bunk bed room. The beds and linens were comfortable. The home was well stocked with plates, cups, silverware, pots pans, etc. Came with a couple extra rolls of toilet paper and dishwasher soap. Needed to buy laundry soap and trash bags. Location of this home is perfect! The beach is super close and having the pool on sight was great for the kids. Overall loved this house and would stay again.

This home was perfect for my group of 7. Perfect location and great amenities. The host was quick to communicate and very easy to check in and out. I will be staying with him again and letting my friends and family know.

This home and location is PERFECT! We had 7 adults and there was plenty of room and bathrooms for everyone. The location is quite, with beautiful views and a short walk or golf cart ride to the beach. The house was super clean and well stocked with everything from plenty of paper products to coffee filters. We made a wonderful Thanksgiving dinner and had all kitchenware that we needed. Sergio is a wonderful host and was so easy to work with and communicated everything in a timely manner and was responsive to questions. I've stayed in several VRBOs over the years and this one is a favorite! We cant wait to come back.

This house was roomy, comfy, and cozy. All of our guests raved about how comfortable the beds and pillows were and what a great nights rest they got. The house had everything we needed for our 4 day stay including plenty of toiletries, trash bags, etc.. I left some items behind when we checked out and Sergio went above and beyond to have them returned to me. The customer service I received was AMAZING! We will definitely be staying here in the near future!

We loved the house, plenty of room for everyone and loved being so close to the beach. We did have to get extra trash bags, paper towels and toilet paper… so just pack some extra just in case. We loved the pool being so close and the extra tables and chairs came in handy. Definitely will stay again!

Fantastic host and fully stocked home. Kitchen equipment, bathroom supplies, outdoor recreational/beach equipment and golf cart were very convenient to have available. We had a minor issue with the toilet in one of the bathrooms but the owner came by to replace the failed part. Beds were very comfortable. Teen kids had a great time. And the large kitchen was a fun spot for group cooking. We hope to return in the future.

Great experience overall. House was perfectly setup for what we needed for our family trip. Clean, great location and it was well stocked! Oh, the beds were SUPER COMFORTABLE!!! We all slept great. Will plan to come back for sure.

This house was perfect for our family of 3 families- 11 people total including kids ages 2-8 years old. House is set up well and has great views of the water. Short distance walk to the pool and 2 blocks from the beach. Highly recommend!

Our trip was great! This place had everything we needed. The owner answered all of our requests fast and helped us to even check in early. The place was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the large living area/dining/kitchen area as we had a lot of people on the trip and had space for all of us to hang out. It was located perfectly to where we had privacy, but we were also close to the beach. The kids loved fishing from the dock where they all caught fish! We will recommend this place and plan on using it again!!

This was a staycation for my family as my daughter turned 17! The kids enjoyed the amenities and felt so comfortable and at home! The morning view was our highlight! We will definitely be back!

Fun toys came with the rental. That was a huge plus. Beach is only couple of blocks away. Plenty of dishes, spices, etc. The heated shared pool was awesome. Spacious garage was perfect. We enjoyed having folding tables and chairs to use. Fishing poles, but we didn’t catch fish. Oh well!

There was plenty of space in the house and in the garage! The fridge & dryer actually worked properly, which was a first in our many years of renting beach homes. The pool is also a plus. We'd definitely stay there again!

The house is beautiful and very clean, had many of the kitchen items we needed. The house is just a few min drive to the beach. Beds were comfortable and plenty of space for people to sleep. Bathrooms were clean and well equipped. Bathroom towels look and feel old but they did the job and there were plenty of them. Bathrooms are big, helps when we have families with children, parents have plenty of space to get the kids and them ready in the bathroom. Plenty of pillows and comforters and blankets. That’s always a plus. We definitely enjoyed our stay!

My family had a great time. Not right on beach but very close. We enjoyed fishing and the pool. I thought this had a pool view but didn’t…..pool is only steps away though. All the additional equipment made it so nice. My family definitely wants to come back. Lots of room and beds are so comfy!

Our group had a fulfilled stay at Sergio's house. House was clean and had a lot of fun add one for our group of teenage kids that were celebrating their graduation. Sergio was very attentive from the beginning of the renting process until the end. This house is absolutely vacation worthy!

House was clean, modern, and very nice. Excellent location - very easy access to the ocean, yet not surrounded by other houses so felt more private. Sergio responded to questions quickly. We had cold weather so didn’t get a chance to use kayaks etc much but nice that it was included. Pool heater wasn’t working a couple days but it was out of Sergio’s control and he was helpful in addressing it as best he could. The house fit our 2 families great - 2 couples and 9 kids. Thanks much!

We rented this house as a place for my husband and I to spend time with his siblings and their families. There was 15 of us in total; 8 adults and 7 kids ranging from 9m-15yrs. The pack n play was super helpful for the baby and bunk room was perfect for all the kids. Just wanted to point out though, the bonus room with pull out couch is more like a little living room directly outside the master bedroom. We thought it would be more secluded for a couple to stay in, it's not, so heads up! We definitely appreciate the life vests in the garage! So amazing! We lucked out with temperatures in the 80s so the kids got to enjoy the ocean thanks to the life vests in a range of sizes and all the camping chairs were perfect for all the adults. Sergio was always quick to answer any questions and help us in any way he could! Definitely will keep this house in mind next time we are in Corpus Christi!

This was by far the absolute best rental we have ever stayed at! I needed a place to comfortably house four sets of family. Did, plenty of room. Gorgeous home! So comfortable! Could see the ocean out of almost every window. Perfection! Will absolutely stay here again. Thank you for helping make our daughter’s graduation special!
