A lovely hotel let down.

Fine room

Bizarre access to additional rooms and no restaurant as advertised. Also cooked breakfast trays a few scraps of bacon and a spoon of scrambled egg.

Sehr schöner und angenehmer Kurzurlaub

Die Lage ist direkt in der Innenstadt. Somit sind alle Sehenswürdigkeiten von Vaduz bequem zu Fuss zu erreichen. Das Frühstücksbuffet was sehr gut. Es gab nichts, was es nicht gab!! Die Zimmer sind hell, sauber und sehr geräumig. Das Bad war modern und ebenfalls sehr sauber.

Great stay.

Central location and easy parking and access. Bed comfortable. Spacious and nice view from balcony. Thoughtful amenities.

Many Breakfast items were not restocked. What was there was very good though.

A very good location and beautiful Hotel But, not friendly staff

The size of the room was very good, a brand new hotel with nice view.

We were lost on the way to hotel and although they have shared the exact location with us we were not able to find the location because of the google map issues, hilly location of the city or maybe the pressure of the route and being lost itself. We asked them for a location pin, they were unable to oblige, then we asked them to come and collect us literally 20 meters away from the Hotel, but the attitude was a bit forward and not accommodating. The lady came to us but the way she react was like a teacher punishing her pupil not doing the homework. she told me "we have shared everything with you how cannot you find your way"!!! (Very impolite and unprofessional) I think they are not familiar with international way of hospitality or even treating guests. We stayed there for one night but unfortunately they were not very helpful and caring, avoiding us both in check-in and check-out process.

Front of House Reception manager was exceptionally welcoming. Restaurant waitress was a delight. Our room in the new extension was faultless and the food in the bistro was excellent.

Very nice pleasant stay and amazing breakfast

Breakfast is just excellent, we were staying in a big rooms 40 sq m - they are very comfortable

The sound of drill and hammer that woke me up at 7 AM

Exceptional

I loved the stay. The room was fabulous, spacious, and had a wonderful view.

The entrance to the hotel isn't so clearly marked, and as they seem to have taken over the adjacent building, it takes two elevators to get to my room. I also didn't like that a full room service menu wasn't available. I also wish that I could have tried their flagship restaurant, which was closed on both days I was there.

Incredible room and view, along with a fantastic breakfast, great staff and you are litteraly in the middle of the capital. One of the best hotels i have ever been!
