With its large heated swimming pool, fenced in for the safety of young children, its table tennis table, table football and 2 terraces, every age will find its happiness and privacy in all seasons, even in winter in the warm atmosphere of the stone fireplace and its cosy and refined decoration. Everything is designed to ensure the comfort and well-being so long awaited in order to guarantee a successful and restful holiday.
1 staircase allows access to the first floor to preserve the intimacy and tranquillity of each person.

The independent room on the ground floor offers direct access to the garden and swimming pool without the need for stairs, very appreciated by people of a certain age, or simply wishing to be a little out of the way.

- Living room with a marble table that can accommodate 6 to 8 guests, period fireplace in freestone, TV 100cm, 1 large corner couch
- Fully equipped kitchen with induction hob, microwave, oven, fridge/freezer, table and cooking utensils

Flat lawn land completely enclosed for the safety of children.
> Outside: 1 wood barbecue in the summer dining room, wooden table on the terrace for 8-10 people and side tables, deckchairs around the pool, shady places to park at least 2 cars. Possibility to park as many cars as you wish on the property.
> Activity for sportsmen and women: Cycling, walking, running from the house etc. and if it's too hot you can keep busy in the heated swimming pool which measures 5X12m with a maximum depth of 2.1m.

Meals on request - Massages at home - Baby- sitting. Free delivery of groceries. Bicycle/electric bike rental at preferential prices from our partner. Taxi transfers to and from the airport or TGV station.
Numerous activities offered in the surroundings: we are 5 minutes by car from the Spirou Park and the Wave Island Water Park, 10-15 km from the Beaume de Venise and Chateauneuf du Pape vineyards. Avignon and its theatres 20 km away, L'Isle sur la Sorgues / capital of antique dealers, etc....
In the countryside but not isolated: 2 supermarkets within a radius of 5 km
The price includes the final cleaning ( 2 hours of cleaning per week or 6 hours per 2 weeks).
