Schönes Haus aber für 425 Euro endreinigung hätten wir deutlich mehr Sauberkeit erwartet. Da wurde vermutlich nicht mal richtig gesaugt und schon gar nicht herausgewischt.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft, sehr gute Betten und genug Platz, um hier mit einer großen Gruppe Urlaub zu machen. 15 Minuten Fußweg zur Gondel. Wir hatten eine tolle Woche!

alte mühle ist ein sehr schönes haus für viele personen. die schlafzimmer sind modern eingerichtet. die küche ist hervorragend ausgestattet mit kühlschränken, gefriertruhen, spülmaschienen uvm. duschen sind modern und komfortabel.
insgesammt ein tolles haus. auch die hausverwalterin ist echt spitze. freundlich, witzigund vor allem auf die gäste bezogen.

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub in Hopfgarten. Das Haus war sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet. Die Betreuung durch die Agentur war sehr zuvorkommend und stets bemüht Anfragen etc. schnell und zu unserer Zufriedenheit zu beantworten. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Vooraf gecontacteerd door de plaatselijke contactpersoon. Alle vragen die we hadden werden duidelijk beantwoord. Goede afspraken gemaakt omtrent de sleutels. Prima overleg bij overdracht. Tips gekregen ivm mogelijke uitstappen. Kleine gebreken onmiddellijk gemeld. Werden niet direct opgelost, maar we gaan ervan uit dat dit later wordt opgenomen.

Nice accommodation in Hopfgarden am Brixental. Fine spot for journeys around the valley and also easy to catch the train around in the walley. Very nice bedrooms with good beds. The kitchen is also fine. The dining room is much to small for 22 people because there is so little space to come around. Thats a big problem. Buy some smaller tables so its possible to come around. We had tons of flyes from the nearby farm. It was only in the kitchen and the dining room. I suppose its only a problem in the summer. In fact it was a big inconvenience because they were all over the room and the food. You have to do something about that problem. There is cows only 50 meters from the house. The garden is nice but quite small.

Wij hebben genoten van dit mooie vakantiehuis! Met 11 volwassenen en 10 kinderen prima te doen. Ik zou het niet aanraden voor 25 volwassenen omdat dan de ontspanningsruimte te klein is. Er is een eetkeuken en op de eerste verdieping een woonkamer. Deze werd door onze kinderen tot game-room gebombardeerd -) Goede bedden, prima douches. De keuken beschikt over 2 vaatwassers en twee koel/vries combi's. Daarnaast nog een magnetron en een groot gasfornuis. Het glaswerk is wat aan de krappe kant voor 25 personen. Aankomst en contact met contactpersoon was prima. Bij aankomst dien je alvast het bedrag voor het gasverbruik contant te betalen. In ons geval was dat 200 euro. Keukenlinnen is niet inclusief. Dit staat nog wel op de site. De afstand naar het dorp/skilift is ongeveer 10 minuten lopen. Prima te doen dus. Echt een aanrader voor vriendengroepen met kinderen (vanaf een jaar of 4)

Skiwelt wilder kaiser is een top skigebied, voor ieder wat wils en elk deel heeft zo zijn eigen charme. Chalet Alte Muhle is een mooie chalet, geschikt voor 25 personen, keuken was tip top in orde en het gasvuur en de oven waren groter dan een standaard model, iets wat welkom is voor zo'n grote groep (kom je niet veel tegen). Badkamers en toiletten zijn er ook voldoende. De living aan de andere kant was wat klein, op de foto ziet het er vrij groot uit maar daar toegekomen past er met moeite 25 man in, daar deze ruimte zo klein is wordt je al snel gek als er 25 mensen aan het praten zijn, toch wel een minpuntje. De skiberging is gewoon het waskot in de kelder zonder degelijk schap voor de botten, de skies moeten dus gewoon tegen de waterbuizen geplaatst worden en de botten drogen niet, daarnaast sluit de deur ook heel slecht en is dus moeilijk af te sluiten. De parking is een smalle oprit waar met moeite 6 wagens kunnen staan en allemaal achter elkaar, niet zo praktisch. De sauna geraakt niet boven de 70 graden vanwege tocht onder de deur. Er waren ook al enkele defecten aan bv lampen, douchekoppen die niet meer vast houden,.. en iets basics zoals vuilzaken zijn nergens voorzien (lijkt me nu niet de meerkost). Het ontvangst wordt gedaan door een Belvilla service partner dat dit duidelijk als job doet, geen gemoedelijk ontvangst zoals we gewoon zijn van de Oostenrijkse mensen en ze werd zeker 5 keer gebeld voor nog andere woningen terwijl we met haar informatie uitwisselde. Ze moest onmiddellijk iedereen zijn gegevens hebben (normaal vul je dit op uw gemak in en bezorg je dit de 2 de dag ofzo) en was nogal kort. Ook werd onmiddellijk een forfait gevraagd voor olie en gas €30 per dag, €280 voor de week! Naar de meter wordt dus niet gekeken.. Al bij al wel een leuke vakantie gehad dus vandaar de goede beoordeling, ik heb gewoon de indruk dat de chalet voor 90% af is en voor de laatste 10% zijn ze nogal nalatig geweest.

Das Haus ist sehr schön.
Die Schlafzimmer und Badezimmer sind neu renoviert. Der Gesamteindruck des Hauses: sehr freundlich und gemütlich. Die Küche ist gut eingerichtet, zwei Kühlschränke, zwei Sprülmaschinen, riesiger Herd mit Backofen, der auch wirklich gut funktioniert. Und die Umgebung ist wunderschön.

gut geeignet für mehrere Familien da viele Schlaf- und Badezimmer. Küche auch für größere Gruppen top ausgestattet. Garten ist etwas kleiner und ohne Zaun. Leider entgegen der Beschreibung keine Waschmaschine und keine Gartenmöbel vorhanden.

Das Haus ist super. Wir waren 12 Erwachsene, 9 Kinder und ein Hund und haben den Kurzaufenthalt von 5 Tagen sehr genossen. In der Gegend gibt es alles was man im Urlaub braucht und mit der SalvenCard kommt man mit dem Bus oder Zug auch überall hin. Der Weg auf die hohe Salve lohnt sich wegen der mega Aussicht auf jeden Fall. Das war ein toller Urlaub!!!
