About this house rental
This beautiful townhome is located in the lovely Rehoboth Crossing Community, just 1 mile to Rehoboth Beach and world-famous boardwalk on the east side of Coastal Highway. You can walk or bike to the beach or take the Delaware Resort Shuttle Beach Bus which stops outside the community. Our home includes four bedrooms, each with its own bath, for an optimal, relaxing vacation. We are a pet friendly vacation spot!
As you enter the home into the spacious foyer on the first floor, you will have access to the garage where you can store your bikes and beach chairs and a spare refrigerator. At the end of the hall, the first floor master bedroom, with king sized bed and private bath, has a TV and an 8’ sliding glass door with access to a patio.
On the 2nd floor you will enjoy a wide open floor plan with living room, dining room, kitchen, and half bath/powder room. The screen porch with a ceiling fan, on this level also gives you a quiet place to relax. A large TV with sofas and chairs allows you to relax after a great day on the beach. The open kitchen provides plenty of room to cook for your large party. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances with an ice maker, granite counter tops and 2 coffee makers to give you plenty of coffee.
The third floor has 2 more bedrooms each with king size beds and TV’s, and their own bathroom. The first bedroom on this level has a deck to enjoy your coffee in the morning. Front loading washer and dryer behind closed doors allow you to wash your beach towels and bathing suits.
The entire 4th floor is wide open with plenty of sleeping for a family or kids, with one queen size bed, 2 twin beds, a futon and a full bathroom
Two zone central heating and air conditioning provide for comfort on hot summer days. Our townhouse provides free WIFI along with 2 parking spaces in the driveway. Additional parking is permitted in a parking lot located adjacent to the community.
There are so many ways to enjoy yourself while staying at our property! The community pool with small exercise room and clubhouse is one block away. You can access the Junction and Breakwater Trail, a scenic wooded bike and walking trail that connects Rehoboth to Lewes, through the dedicated community gate.

Beautiful home! With everything you'd want right there. Short walk to the pool, even shorter walk to extra parking.
A few minutes drive to the beach, boardwalk and hundreds of shops, restaurants, breweries, ice cream parlors, coffee shops, breakfast cafe's, bars, night life, etc...
A few minutes drive the other way are grocery stores, more restaurants, outlet shopping, mini golf.
It was the perfect spot.
Also the perfect vacation spot for my wife and I, our 3 adult children, their spouses, children and pets. So much room, so much fun!
Enough room to be all together and privacy to be apart.
We'll definitely look to book it again.

The house was beautifully decorated, well maintained, and very clean. The location is central to so many different activities and restaurants. We enjoyed the mid level deck after a day on the beach with drinks and appetizers. The pet friendly benefit was perfect for us not wanting to put our pet in a kennel. I would stay in the house again gladly.

This is great for a large group as everyone has their own space. Perfect location for the beach (we rode bikes there a lot) and quick drive to boardwalk. I wouldn’t rely on the shuttle to the beach as it doesn’t start till 3pm and really not that convenient. Would stay there again!

Has everything you need.. you will need to bring towels and sheet sets and a beach umbrella if you have one (they sell them on the beach for $16 for the day) Location is great!! You can walk to CVS, Tanger Outlet Malls, Outback and Iron Hill Brewery. In the development, there is a gate for a walking trail that you can take to The Point coffee house. The beach is a 5min. drive. You will have a wonderful stay here!!!

The layout was so desirable! Every couple was able to have their own floor for sleeping and bathing....then we all came together on level 2 for group meals, board games, tv & movies and just hanging out.
Interior was nicely decorated and neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. It was off season for tourists. We were minutes away from beach, downtowns, restaurants, shopping ....everything!
We would defintely stay again if events bring us all to the area again.

Great Beach Vacation
Host was very responsive. House was clean, open layout on the living/dining room floor was great, and screened in porch was good! Beaches were a short drive in either direction (e.g. Lewes, Rehoboth). Deauville beach is about a 10 min bike ride. We rode to see the sun set. On the way, we stopped at a there's a cute playground. Not ideal distance for walking, especially with little kids and beach chairs. Lots of firework viewing opportunities. Great trip and would return.

The location of the place was absolutely perfect! The beach was just minutes away alongside of the small business shops and boardwalk. When in the feel of wanting to shop, the outlets were within walking distance. There were multiple fast food chains and other local restaurants that gave an overwhelming amount of options. The place itself was very clean and well put together. It was quite spacious for a large group of family and friends. Even the little pups had a blast, having a large area to explore. I would highly recommend staying here.

Beautifully decorated, clean, spacious getaway
This is a fantastic place to stay when visiting Rehoboth Beach. There is plenty of space for a big group. The bedrooms are large and each bedroom has its own private bathroom. We enjoyed the screened-in porch, balcony, and large kitchen with everything you need to prepare meals. The townhome complex is super clean and safe, has a nice pool and is convenient to a lot of restaurants, groceries and outlet malls. There's a CVS right next to the complex, and you have access to a bike/walking path that leads to the beach. It's an easy drive (around 1.5 mile) to the beach and boardwalk. We were able to park within a few blocks of the beach. Beach chairs were provided so we didn't have to bring our own. This townhome was the perfect home base for a great vacation. Highly recommend.

This property is a perfect getaway with a true feel at home away from home. It is in a wonderful community enclosed distance all of the great attractions of Rehobeth beach. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The house was clean and nicely decorated. The screen porch was a bonus. Access to Downtown Rehoboth was easy. We would stay again!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. Immaculate and nicely decorated, the (town)home had everything we needed. The kitchen is very modern and well stocked with equipment. We loved the living room with gas fireplace and screened-in deck. There is another deck on the third floor off one of the main bedrooms. While there were only four of us on this trip, you can easily bring larger groups. Three king beds, and our kids loved the upstairs space with desks and an Xbox. My wife and I actually worked the week we were there, conducting meetings, etc., and had plenty of space for that. Great Internet connectivity. Getting to the beach is a very short drive. You could walk, or easily bike of course (there is a bike path nearby). Restaurants and shopping a short walk away. The owners provide beach chairs and toys which is very thoughtful. Overall the property is great and we would definately stay there again.
