Thanks to Liz and Joe for hosting me and my sons for a quick getaway to Annapolis! We had a great overnight stay in the Dream Suite, which was clean, well-stocked, charming and well-appointed. The beds were comfortable and linens, including bath and pool towels, were clean, soft and fluffy. We appreciated the helpful binder with suggestions for activities and several restaurants very close by or just a short drive away in downtown Annapolis. The location is situated on a quiet, private cul de sac and is also very close to other landmarks/activities, like Sandy Point beach, and not far from other state parks/beaches, such as Beverly Triton and Mayo Beach. The pool was fantastic for my sons to play in to start off the weekend and I enjoyed the peaceful and lovely pool deck/patio area. I would definitely have considered booking a second night if it was available and will keep it in mind for the future.

Highly recommend this property. It was very well appointed- luxurious bedding, and extremely comfortable. The floor plan allows for a really beautiful and private view of secluded hardwoods. The pool was inviting although the evening storms prevented a dip. Personally, my needs for a private, serene and beautiful property were exceeded. Thanks to Liz! Susan (NC)

Area was beautiful, neighborhood was safe, conveniences were close by. Accommodations were very clean, and tastefully decorated. Great place to stay for visit to USNA! Only 11 minutes away. Thankful this property was open to pets- brought our dog along for the trip. Hosts were great! Definitely will rent in future.

Amazing little studio!

It was like an oasis. If it was warmer we could have taken a advantage of the huge decks and pool. The trees made it feel secluded but we were very close to everything, especially the Annapolis Boat Show. Definitely would stay here again!

Lovely studio with private entrance immaculately clean in a quiet residential neighborhood. Everything you need is there with thoughtful extras. Strip mall close by with restaurants and grocery. The pool was closed as our visit was in October but I'm sure it is very inviting on a hot day. Would stay again if in the area!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this lovely, beach-themed suite. The welcome goodie bag (lotion, tissues, makeup remover and hand sanitizer) and the treat bags (granola bars) were much appreciated. The suite was very nicely appointed and had everything we needed for a comfy and worry-free stay!

A tastefully decorated, spotlessly clean, and spacious studio with its own private entrance and swimming pool - a rare find! The owner also provides many thoughtful extras, including good-quality coffee, snacks, and plenty of towels. This is the perfect place to explore the Annapolis area, although having a car is essential.

We just stayed one night, but we enjoyed it very much. We were welcomed with a very nice goody bag of lotions, body wash, and treats! There was also treats in the refrigerator for breakfast. The kids loved playing in the swimming pool and didn’t want to leave! Next time we will stay longer!! Thank you!!

Extremely clean and Liz went out of her way to provide every little comfort to aid an enjoyable stay. Her marketing is phenomenal (Dream Suite) and the wonderful breakfast left in the frig was particularly appreciated since we had to get a really early start. A little glitch with a communication that went unanswered for several hours is the only thing that prevented a 5 Star rating. She was extremely apologetic and provided what we needed ASAP so I would give her property 4 1/2 stars if an option!. She is a wonderful host!

We (with our 2 dogs) just finished a 15 day stay here. Extremely clean space, incredibly accommodating hosts. Just off the highway for travel into and around Annapolis. Liz checked in often to see if anything was needed. Large yard space (not fenced) for our dogs to stretch their legs and do their business. Very comfortable bed & linens. Definitely reccommend.

We have stayed at many vacation properties. This is the first time we are able to say that literally everything was perfect. We felt so accommodated by tons of attention to detail, shower supplies, an lotion. The place was spotless, so clean, and just beautiful. We only booked one night but now want to book a longer stay and come back. The suprise light breakfast, snacks, and coffee bar is a great touch and was exactly what we needed.

What a perfect place to stay after a very long car ride from Massachusetts! We arrived to find a very easy check-in, a charming and welcoming suite, and a quiet place to recover and relax. Liz could not have been more helpful. I booked this suite not only because of the very easy access to Annapolis, but because the details about extra cleaning and safety measures during the pandemic were reassuring. The welcoming home-made treats were delicious and there are plenty of places to get take-out nearby. I would definitely stay here again!
