A very nice hotel with good facilities for adults

Breakfast was excellent with a very nice variety. The staff in the breakfast & dinner restaurants were very polite & accommodating!

Not anything really. You need a taxi to get to the city centre but that was easily arranged by the concierge.

Nice hotel

It was a really nice hotel

the hotel smelt really bad of cigarette smells I thought the rooms were smoking free. It actually made me feel unwell. In the restaurant it takes along time to request water or tea or orange juice in mornings. And water in the evening. It would be better if guests can use a self serve area for drinks

Dit hotel beschik over verschillende restaurants en bars, en het eten en de service is er overal voortreffelijk!

De temperatuur van het buitenzwembad mocht wel wat warmer zijn.

موظفي الاستقبال كانو لطيفين وقد سمحوا لنا بالبقاء حتى الساعة 4.30 مساءً الفطور كان جيد جداً

تم اخذ مبلغ 100$ تامين للميني بار و قد انتظرنا حوالي 25 دقيقة عند المغادرة لكي يتأكدوا اننا لم نستعمل الميني بار موظفي الصندوق في الكازينو وقحين جداً جداً لدرجة مستفزة و كذلك المدير المسؤول عن خدمة مشاريب الزبائن و يشعرك انه يقدم لك اي مشروب و كأنه هو من يدفع ثمنه قمنا بحجز العشاء مع الفطور و لا انصح احد بعمل ذلك لان العشاء كان محدوداً جدا جداًو الخيارات مضحكة

Decent hotel very disappointed about the view from the windows. Why cover up the windows with a flag? Ridiculous.

Nice room and staff

I could not see out of my window. A 15 meter Turkish flag completely covering the windows. We could not see anything, it made the room feel very claustrophobic. Very big disappointment

Overpriced For TRNC

The Room amazing Rubbish view to South in 2009. Nice bedroom. Modern etc

No English channels on TV Have to pay 100£ just to use mini bar. I went crazy. Staff can't speak English. Breakfast poor Over priced for trnc Indoor pool not working and no discount 5stars I give it 3

Pleasant

Breakfast was nice, nice views. Nice restuarant on the roof, and Bar/club on floor above roof looked good.

The Staff seemed to be undertrained and there was a lack of English spoke. Pool was shut for 2 out of 3 days for events, the indoor pool was closed the whole time. I asked for some things, but was told no, not so politely. I asked for a restaurant booking but was told it was full, then we complained 3 times and got our table to find there was hardly any tables reserved. Also the starters came after the main meals ? These things should not be normal in a 5 Star Hotel. We also had 2 rooms with family and were on 2 different floors, despite hotel not busy. Despite this we managed to enjoy our stay, i think, not to sure now actually.

Amazing time spent here. Property was amazing, staff friendly and the food in the breakfast buffet was good too.

Would have liked a self serve coffee machine in the breakfast bar area or anywhere in the property

A great stay, can't wait to go back!!!

This hotel is stunning and the breakfast buffet were variety was amazing. The staff were great also. I will stay here again.

The restaurant staff were a little slow and also there were some discrepancies with my bill, however this was rectified after they understood my complaint. Also regarding dinner. I ordered a steak from The capital grill, they brought my sides out about 20min before the steak so the asparagus and side veg were stone cold when the steak arrived. Asparagus was also oily and didn't looked grilled but the steak was nice.

Exceptional

One of the most amazing places in Lefkosa, im a graduating student who stayed at this hotel and I absolutely love everything there, and i love how i was able to take my graduation photos there! Best hotel ever!

we arrived early and the receptionist gave us the rooms even if the check in was later. very nice!

Very clean, comfortable beds, good breakfast, lovely staff, right price.

the wifi didn’t get my date of birth to access even after talk with reception about it. But I’ve been just for a night so I didn’t tell them again.

Breakfast was very nice.

The Capital Restaurant had a different cook, from my previous trip. The steak was overcooked, tough and tasteless, the Caesar Salad was horrible - the dressing was mayo and mustard? Extremely disappointed considering the cost of 1400 Lira.
