We give this enchanting beach front condo five stars! Newly remodeled and under new ownership, this condo offers breathtaking views of blue gulf waves from the balcony. Simple is good …. park in your reserved parking spot, walk right up to the 2nd floor and step into Capistrano #202 and begin to relax! With designer touches everywhere, the coastal vibe of this vacation respite inspires relaxation in casual beach chic style. There is no pool, but you won't miss it. The direct and private beach access in merely steps away!
A few highlights- the living area is comfortably furnished with plenty of seating including two club chairs and an over sized sleeper sofa with a chaise lounge. Sliding glass doors lead to an ample beach front balcony complete with outdoor seating, a bistro table and chairs. The chef in the group will be delighted with our fully stocked kitchen featuring white quartz counters and crisp white cabinets. There is dining seating for four at the breakfast bar. The direct gulf views will be enjoyed throughout the entire living area!
The comfortably furnished master bedroom offers a king bed with a new mattress, and access to the master bath with a large shower and small private balcony. The guest bedroom is designed with two queen beds and has direct access to the bathroom, which can also be accessed by the hallway. You will find a full stacked washer and dryer closet in the entryway. Wifi is complimentary. There is no elevator for this complex, only stairs.
Capistrano is located just off South Walton’s Scenic 30a near Camp Creek Lake placing you minutes away from Seagrove Beach, Alys Beach, and Rosemary Beach. Beautiful condo with amazing views on pristine, private beach. Super clean, fully stocked. Easy access to Alys and Rosemary beaches. Our 2nd time staying at this property and we will be back!

Location was perfect, right on the beach and an easy walk to Alys Beach which was where we ate most nights. The yard was lovely and it was an uncrowded beach.The furnishings were nice. The patio was small but a good area to sit and watch the ocean.
Unfortunately, the night we checked in was super sad/frustrating. We arrived late between 7pm/8pm and once we unloaded our car and all of our groceries, we found the condo had not been cleaned very well for some time. We found dirty floors, dirty sheets (several short hairs in the master bed,maybe dog hair), very moldy shower, and other issues. I texted pictures and descriptions to the property managers and then followed up with a call. The lady I spoke with was super kind but explained since it was passed 9pm there was nothing they could do for us that night. But that they would send someone the next day. So, that night my daughter and I washed/made beds, ran dishwasher and cleaned utensil drawer, and mopped the floors, got to bed around 2am. We did leave the master shower mold for the cleaning manager, which they came the next day when we were out and removed about half of the mold. We continued to wear our shoes in the shower for the rest of the time. The condo building was an older building that could use some upgrades-the potties struggled to flush and the AC made popping sounds, but did keep the place cool. The property management stayed in contact with us and reimbursed our cleaning fee and our cleaning supplies.

We decided to spend a few days at the beach on the way back home from a family graduation. The apartment is in an older but well-maintained small condominium building. The view from the small but comfortable and shaded patio is perfection. We generally prefer Atlantic Beach for walking, but we did enjoy the warm waters of the gulf.
The peace and quiet was unfortunately interrupted about halfway through our stay by construction. We also were without Wi-Fi for half the stay due to issues with maintenance. These were addressed as quickly as circumstances would allow by very courteous service personnel

Capistrano is perfectly located along 30a situated between the Hub and Alys beach. We’re repeat tenants at this complex and unit. It’s our happy place. We love the property, the small size, the cleanliness, the beach, and ease for vacationing. We ride our bikes all long the path to Rosemary Beach to Seagrove. Gorgeous! See you again next year!!

Overall we really enjoyed the location of this rental. However the guest bathroom was small and the toilet needed constant fixing. There were not enough kitchen or bathroom linens for as many guest as it claims to hold.

I really want to be able to rent this property anytime I want so there’s that! I need it to stay a secret! We enjoyed it so much, we booked another stay before even checking out! The master bedroom is a professional sleeper’s dream! Pitch black! The bed is so comfy! Really enjoyed opening the doors and listening the Gulf! Couch is super comfy. 15 minute beach walk to Alys Beach!

This is an absolutely beautiful condo. The owners supply everything you need to prepare gourmet meals, including two coffee makers-one is a Keurig. We loved the soft, pastel blue color scheme of the unit. Very relaxing. The balcony offers a stunning view of the ocean, complete with a long table and comfortable seating. The master shower with two shower heads was especially appreciated. As mentioned in previous reviews, you can hear the upstairs occupants moving around. This didn’t bother us at all, but may be a concern for some. Beach Blue Properties were a joy to work with. Overall, a five star stay. We will be back next year!

This is an absolutely beautiful condo. The owners supply everything you need, including two coffee makers. One is a Keurig. We loved the blue pastel colors of the unit. Very very relaxing. The balcony offers an amazing view of the ocean with comfortable seating. The beds are great, no problems sleeping at all. As mentioned in previous reviews, you do hear people walking around upstairs. This did not bother us at all, however, it may be an issue for some. Overall, a five star stay. We will be back!

Incredible location, right on the beach and takes less than 2 minutes to get your feet in the sand. The unit was well stocked with good appliances and comfortable furniture. Some of the downsides, there is a heavy smoke odor when you walk in, the management company stated this was due to a neighbor who smoked, but just be forewarned if you have bad allergies or young children, eventually the candle we purchased helped diminish the smell, but it never went away completely. The floor was definitely not cleaned prior to our arrival as our feet were instantly dirty when walking without shoes, the management company came and took care of that, also dropped off additional towels as some of the towels didn’t smell clean. Overall a good stay, but make sure you bring some slippers to walk around and a good candle to help with the smoke smell.

The condo exceeded my expectations. It's in a less crowded section of 30a but not far from restaurants, shopping, etc. The view can't be beat and it's just a short walk to a very private beach with mostly houses around. There was no "fighting" for beach space. There was no separate table for eating but there's a big bar. The patio is a little small and there were really only 2 comfortable chairs but it was fine for us. Great rental - I would stay there again!

Loved the assigned parking space (so we didn’t have to search for one each time we came home), private beach entrance and it was very comfortable (furniture, bed, and temperature).

This condo was perfect for a family of four with 2 teenagers. Location was situated close to both Rosemary and seaside, with a private beach. Condo was Nicely remodeled and pictures are accurate of current condition. Beds were very comfortable and all furniture in good condition.
Literally steps to the beach, and utilized Jakes Beach chair service which made for a perfect spot every day without lugging the beach chairs.
I would definitely recommend.
There is no pool and I was concerned at first but that really didn’t matter at all for us but in all fairness, we live the beach. Just something to note.

The Ubers/lyfts were also affordable from this location as well.
The beach was private and did not give that overcrowded feeling that most beaches have. Warning: the stairs to the beach may be steep for some individuals, but we did not have any issues. We were provided with 2 beach chairs, which was really nice to have. We cooked for breakfast mostly and really appreciated all the seasonings and oils they had in the cabinet! We did not have much noise issues (and I'm a light sleeper) and there were people in all units when we were there. We would stay here again!

To the owners you may want to discuss the towel situation with your service . Primary bedroom had 5washcloths, only one hand towel and instead of four bath towels there were 2 and 2 floor mat towels
