Great , comfortable one of my favorite places to stay when I need a getaway or to visit.

Everything was peaceful and quiet.

Phyllis at the Front Desk was wonderful! All of the staff was wonderful. So friendly and accommodating! The gym was nicely equipped.

Very clean , great breakfast friendly staff

Amenities were too expensive. They did not clean our room until 3rd request and still didn’t make The bed nor give us new towels. Lazy housekeeping.

it was nice place other the minor issues

the rooms were nice and clean and big you get a lot for your money

only thing I didn’t like was it smelt bad in hallways like weed and the room we were in it smelt like burned chicken from the bathroom thinking from the vents told one the staff mrs tina and she nice about it when i told her the issues

Town Square do better with cleaning rooms & bathrooms please!

The breakfast was great.

The sofa bed was stained and has mold /mildew . We didn’t even receive a discount but we’re given another room . The rooms did not smell fresh at all.

Really liked my stay, But.....

The staff especially the ladies at breakfast, Justin Carlos Michael, Mr. Gary, were great and so was the front desk personnel. It is a very comfortable hotel and convenient location.

there was food under the bed and someone had obviously tried to break into rm 228 on a previous stay but no one changed the doors. Maintenance came up and made sure the bolts were tightened. The TV needs to be changed because of the unexpected volume of 100 that kept happening Housekeeping is not given enough time, froot loops should not have been under the bed

Everything was outstanding. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great and the room was exceptionally clean. The best stay ever! Most definitely will recommend!

My husband and I enjoyed but we will probably make food in our room next time if we come back.

The room was clean and it was a very convenient location.

I didn’t like the breakfast hostess. She was moving kinda slow even though it was a few people there waiting for food. I think if the hotel is full there should me more than one person serving or at least two waffle makers because it takes time to make and a lot of people like them. She even told us we couldn’t get certain things because they were a full house but we paid just like everyone else.
