Fabulous

Exceptionally clean. Large comfortable room. Friendly staff. Large seating area in lobby for breakfast.

decent stay / not mad / not great though …. breakfast was great.

Room 118 was next to the “staff room”… so when they got ready for breakfast, we could hear them moving in clanking around equipment getting ready etc… mattress was kinda tired as well

Overall an excellent stay.

The location was not great for me however the access was good. The room was even more than I expected.

Especially liked the shower as I have trouble entering and exiting tubs.

The design of the room was nice and modern but I won’t ever be staying in another Fairfield Inn.

The room and the hotel was newer, modern. The bed itself was comfortable and the room was clean.

I requested extra pillows and did not receive them. The pillows had no support. The bathroom door wouldn’t latch and the walls had no sound proofing whatsoever. I could hear someone snoring in the next room and could hear people talking down the hall from my room. The free breakfast wasn’t good.

house keeping didn’t replace towels even though we followed the directions specified on sign in elevator. toilet was loose and wobbling. breakfast was NOT what you expect for the price you pay to stay there.

Nice one night visit

New hotel that's nicely located on the main roads of eastern Morristown. Very clean and well appointed rooms (nice size tv). The bed was quite comfortable.

Breakfast was on the lower end of the typical breakfast offerings (toaster waffles if that gives a clue). Hotels in Morristown are more expensive than one would expect in the 'smaller' towns in TN.

We stayed here for Bristol race weekend. Though the town is quite a way off the interstate, we found the hotel easy.

probably won’t stay again

The room was nice, bed was okay.

The breakfast was okay. Not a lot to choose from. The hall was had food and other stuff on the carpet that remained there the duration of our 2 day stay. The rooms are not sound proof and the guest above is stomped around at all hours of the night. Children were allowed to run around inside and outside the hotel at 1:00 in the morning. Adults guests were also being loud in the lobby/conference room until the wee hours of the morning. I also didn’t like just dropping my rooms keys in a little box at the front desk and not speaking to an actual human to confirm check out.

It was TERRIBLE!!

Nothing!

My room had dirty socks from a previous stay. The mattress was worn out and needed replaced. You had to ask for extra towels and wash clothes. There was never anyone at the desk. Considering the cost for one night you would expect better quality. I will never stay there again. Definitely only paying for the name!!
