SOUNDFRONT Avon - Albacore Lane Enjoy plenty of HAPPY OURS at this lovely soundfront home in the heart of Avon, with the wide-open beaches only a short walk away! Expansive water views can be enjoyed from every level of the home perched on the waterfront. Launch one of the included kayaks or paddle boards from the private dock for a relaxing cruise on the water or drop in a crabbing line. Run kite lines in the yard and enjoy hours kiteboarding on the sound. Stow your gear in the lockable storage area under the house. A half bath is conveniently located in the carport entry. Inside the home, choose from four well-appointed bedrooms, one with a private master bath. Upstairs, gather in the great room around the 75” Smart TV or step into the game room with foosball, dart board and another Smart TV with retro video games. Prepare your meals in the kitchen and dine with a water view at the table and breakfast bar seating. HAPPY OURS don't get any better than kicking back on the decks watching the unobstructed views of the sun sinking into the Pamlico Sound. Choose from three levels, including a ships watch. Finish out your day in the bubbly hot tub. Book your stay today at HAPPY OURS!

Dogs are welcome for a fee of $200/dog/week.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the $200 weekly fee will apply for each dog and will be added once your reservation is finalized.

The location was perfect, house clean and well stocked for a full week stay. All members of our group loved the ease of kayaking in the sound and relaxing in the hot tub after a long day on the beach. Definitely adding to our list of houses to book again.
