Excelente atención del personal y limpieza, cercania al Aeropuerto de Piura.

Reservamos por su cercania al aeropuerto de Piura una sola noche. Poseia desayuno y agua caliente en la ducha. La atencion del personal muy amable. El hotel es sencillo con buena limpieza. Cumplió nuestras expectativas.

No tenía aire acondicionado y ventana al exterior, solo a un pasillo. Tampoco tenía toallas de mano, solo para el cuerpo.

Nos gustó sólo la ubicación, que fue céntrico.

Una decepción total. Elegimos este hotel por recomendaciones que están en Booking. Sin embargo, nos dieron al principio una habitación con la pintura del techo que se caía a pedazos encima del colchón. La recepcionista joven y la de mayor de edad muy poco amigables. Las almohadas eran pésimas y rotas. Uno de los señores que gritan afuera que pertenecen a los taxis y buses, entró a gritar de una manera muy preocupante a la recepcionista, quien como era jovencita no pudo hacer nada.

Good basic accommodation.

This is nice clean basic accommodation. The staff were very kind, even lending me taxi fare until I could change money. Breakfast was adequate. Overall, good value for the money.

The main fan in the room didn't work. There was a smaller secondary fan, but it was a but hot in the afternoon and early evening.

Lilian is the heart and the soul in this place. Clean and new place. Good location. 4 blocks away from the plaza de Armas.

The owner I haven't met, seems to have invested in a business without having the knowledge about service nor hospitality. My room didn't have a window. When I asked for a room with a window by paying the difference, Lilian told me there is no room available. All rooms are without windows. The day of my departure I asked if I could take a shower (against payment) before taking my night bus. The answer was: once checked out there is no such availability

Nice place to stay and the stay are very nice. Northern Peru hospitality truly.

I like that I was able to get directions from the receptionist on the best way to get to the Club Atletico Grau home futbol match since I realized the day before arriving in Piura their home stadium is 1 hour away. Also was able to get information on a pickup laundry service that I utilized from another receptionist at the hotel.

Economy hotel near the center of the city

I liked the location. It's very close to the center, and I was able to come back on foot even at night. There are a lot of souvenir shops and restaurants. The staff was very kind. The breakfast was nice, too.

My room doesn't have much light, but there are also some rooms with windows to outside.

Perfect stay, convenient if arriving from Ecuador after long bus trip

Was walking distance from Cifa bus, atm only few blocks away, was easy to find a restaurant to eat late when we arrived. The lady in the hotel is very nice, the room was comfortable. The wifi worked well. The breakfast was very nice with fresh bread.

The water in the shower could be warmer.

Very clean and modern compared to other hotels in this price range. Hot water and very central.

Any requests I had were met with a smile and solved immediately.
