Beautifully updated and decorated two bedroom, two bath villa located on the Island on Lake Travis with access to all amenities. Come and enjoy a memorable vacation with up to five other family members or friends with convenient access to all onsite amenities including two outdoor pools, two outdoor hot tubs, an indoor pool/hot tub, workout facility and finally tennis courts and outdoor grills. Of course there is direct access to beautiful Lake Travis just outside your door!

This villa has been recently updated and is furnished with decorator appointments and features all the comforts of home including a fully stocked kitchen with everything you'll need a well as comfortable seating, HDTVs, WiFi, washer/dryer, and a patio with ample seating and a private grill for outdoor family entertaining.

The villa is located on the second floor and has a large, open family room with comfortable seating, a queen size sofa bed, HDTV, and fireplace. An adjacent dining table and bar stools allow for a cozy yet spacious dining area for great family dining and game time. The kitchen has granite counter tops and is fully stocked with all items necessary for preparing memorable meals with family and friends. A full size washer/dryer is there as well for your convenience.

The master bedroom features a king bed with a lovely wooded accent wall, hardwood floors, HDTV, en suite master bath with walk-in shower and jetted tub and double vanities. There is also patio access from the master bedroom. The guest bedroom also features a king bed with hardwood floors and elegant furnishings. There is an adjacent hall bath with a walk-in shower with easy access to the guest bedroom.

Finally, the large covered patio is a great gathering spot with a dining table for six and a private grill for memorable outdoor living. With easy access to all the amenities of the Island at your fingertips, you can't go wrong with this villa. Book now and enjoy later!

Welcome to The Island On Lake Travis, an elegant condo complex that offers luxurious Lake Travis waterfront accommodations located on a 14-acre island. This gated resort offers condos for rent whether it be long or short term. A very unique aspect about our property is each condo is done to individual owners taste.

The Island on Lake Travis is the perfect spot to enjoy a relaxing romantic escape, and enjoy wildlife and breathtaking sunset views over the lake. There are plenty of local attractions to explore to keep you busy if you are looking for something fun and exciting to do. Take a day trip to Marble Falls or Fredericksburg, check out one of the 18 hole golf courses nearby, or enjoy a wine tasting at a Flat Creek Winery! When you rent from North Shore Vacation Rentals, you can expect top-notch customer service, and dedication to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. Each of our condo's come with a fully equipped kitchen and linens for the bedrooms and baths. Covered Parking is on ground level with reserved parking, and additional “guest” spaces as well. There are 5 elevators on property.

We provide our guests with check in information prior to their arrival, which will include the front gate code, assigned parking spaces, directions to the condo and door code for added convenience. (Front Desk Check In is not required, and allows guests to arrive and access condo late at night if necessary).

Fantastic property, enjoyed our stay. Very nice and quiet. Close to dog relief area on level one. Would love to visit again. Pantry very well stocked for any extras we may have needed like ziplocs, sugar, etc.

The property was nice. Our unit needed housekeeping attention which was attended to by the management office very quickly. The pool was very cold which was a disappointment.

Unit was very well accommodating for my family of 5 adults. This condo looks much better in person than the pictures and was well equipped with everything you need while you away from home. There are many activities you can choose to do at this resort and also you can choose just to relax and enjoy the amazing views. Cam was very helpful in answering a few questions I had and all the information sent to me was very useful. Thank you and hope to visit again soon!

The PROS: Place was clean and had the conveniences of home like washer/dryer, fridge and dishwasher. Kind of disappointed the trees blocked open view of the lake. Loved the massive number of deer population. Tons of them just freely roaming the property, an actual island surrounded by lake. Off season stay made parking easy. Dated parts of the condo but otherwise very nice furniture and enjoyed 2 very nice leather sofas. Great air conditioning. The CONS: Both toilets had problems filling up and flushing. Remote controls for the TV/Roku/Cable boxes in each room were problematic at best. (probably dead batteries) Second bedroom mattress and box spring was completely broken-down. Not much in the way of great places to eat (especially not the "Lylene's by-the-lake" which is integrated into the complex). Probably suggest you avoid it completely. Service was good but everything else.... probably best not to say anything. The SUMMARY: All-in-All a great place to relax but lacks outstanding local food places. Bar-B-Que, Mexican food or even Burger Grilles. Have to drive into Austin proper for that.

I had emailed after we left. Here's the message I sent: Hello, We are now checked out. We just wanted to make you aware of the following issues. The master bathroom toilet is leaking from water tank. Not sure if it's a hose or not. The main bathroom faucet has a leak at the aerator and the hot water handle when turned on. The WiFi also stopped working Saturday night. Not sure why but we were unable to connect anything. Thank you! Bernard Slack

There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms. There is no view. It's all blocked by trees and other units. Sheets on one bed were dirty. Kitchen items not organized and dirty.

It was smaller than I expected and a little cramped. The kitchen was really small. The refrigerator doesn't have an ice maker and no ice available on premises. There was NO view due to the trees. Even without the trees, the view would have been the boat ramp end. On a positive note, the patio was very comfortable. The kitchen was very well stocked with all you need to cook and other gadgets. The bathrooms were well stocked . There were plenty of blankets, pillows, etc. too.

Our experience was nice. The only major hiccup we had was there was no hot water the first day of our trip and the next morning. Once I called management they stated there were no other units reporting the problem and maintenance wouldn’t come out and to turn on all of the water on all faucets on hot. This seemed to work.

The space was perfect for our family weekend. There were plenty of blankets, pillows and towels for everyone. The location is beautiful and we really enjoyed sitting on the patio. The on-site restaurant was very easy to get to and the food was good.

This was my first ever VRBO experience, so that being said I have only my own hopes and dreams for what this location was to be, and unfortunately it did not live up to the photos or the online descriptions.The property management was very supportive when we called to have them come and clean when we arrived to a dirty unkept kitchen. They also returned the next day to clean the very dirty floors. The master bed was so hard we could not use it so we slept in the guest room. My biggest take away from this is no more VRBO. It’s to chance!!
