Staff was welcoming. Good value for the money.
Absolutely amazing . We were attending European Kids championship and we did some research before we made our final decision for our stay for this event and we didn’t regret our choice.. We were so lucky with the weather it was absolutely beautiful . We managed even attend beer festival organised by the hotel at the hotel’s back garden on Saturday night with great selection of beers from Czech Brewery’s.
No breakfast available , but this wasn’t a problem, there is caffe outside of the hotel within short walking distance.

Superb
The food is amazing. Czechs allegedly know how to cook, but this was the first time I got to taste their food properly. The restaurant below the lodging is amazing, and food that would normally be a lottery is a guaranteed hit, order anything.

The staff was extraordinary.
We stayed on 2nd April 2022. really find the staff very accommodating. He speaks english very well so we did not have a problem as tourists. We felt more than welcomed. He was friendly and warm. He knocked on our door to say our food is ready coz we opted to eat in our room. He also checked on us to dish out our plates and if we need anything else coz the restaurant closes at 12midnight. We said that we will check out very early morning so he instructed us to just leave the keys in the box as there will be no one after they leave. They are the staff in the restau and they are the ones who accommodates us too. He gave us lemon for my hot water coz I was having colds. He was very kind. He is a strength in the restaurace. The pub makes very good meals too and oh my God the local beer was perfect!
The place was a bit confusing bcause it is pub in the ground floor and the rooms are on the second level. They did not have a reception so we have to ask the pub staff where the reception could be as we were going around the building to find the entrance. Apparently the staff in the pub are the ones to accommodate us too.. So probably a little reception area with some english instructions to ask the staff from the pub about the booking will be helpful. Also if you leave earlier before they open, you make sure you dont leave anything because when you lock the door and drop the keys there is no way getting back in as the pub staff goes home at 12midnight and there isnt receptionist for the properties. Overall the experience was satisfying.
