Everything was awesome. We had 9 adults and each bedroom had a bath atrach, which made everthing easy. The kitchen is much better stocked than i expected, so next time i will plan to cook in

We had a great time at this home our extended family is centrally located in Knoxville, I booked this home for my husband and I and my parents, sister and kid and daughter in law and kids. It was the perfect lay out for our family and the beds were sooo comfortable. We truly enjoyed our visit, it was an amazing layout! The kids had fun playing in the living room and we all had our own areas still. It was well stocked. We had a great time for sure! Thank you for sharing your home with us! We hope we get to visit the area in the future and we will definitely book your place!

This was the perfect place for us to be together while visiting a family member in the UT Medical Center. Reserving was easy, even on short notice. The house was quiet, clean and comfortable and everything we needed.

VRBO rental was clean and OK stocked. Well laid out and roomy. Did have issues with master suite shower floor - cracked, rotten, very slippery and dangerous. Reached out to host through app, did not hear back - finally texted and got reply. Voiced my concern not really happy with reply - Communication and customer service skills could be improved.

This home has everything one would need for their stay in the Knoxville area. The house was clean and well stocked with everything you would need. Communication with the owners was excellent. Thank you for allowing us to stay and spend time with our family!

We really love this place. Very clean. It is a short drive into the main part of town but not in the thick of all the Knoxville noise and traffic. We will definitely stay here again for the next trip up to Knoxville!

We came to Knoxville for our first annual Eagle Wing Rendezous. The house was perfect. Everything as promised. The host was very accommodating. Would totally recommend.

Unfortunately, we need a place to stay while we attended our cousin's funeral in Knoxville. The facility was much better than staying in a hotel because there were 2 senior citizens that would have problems getting around. this facility was very convenient for all our needs. The location was in the vicinity of our event, and the drive there and back was nice. All of the amenities were appropriate, and the place was roomy. We all agree that recommendation of this facility is highly recommended.

This was like a vacation and so very nice. House was clean and well appointed and it was only 8 miles from campus. We had a ball and would encourage anyone to stay there! so very cozy and ample bathrooms!

We were visiting for a regatta in Oak Ridge. We split the cost of our stay with two other families. Plenty of space, clean, and 20 minutes from the venue. Definitely recommend staying.

This is a free standing unit in a condo complex. A few years old, Gas grill worn out. A few mechanical problems. Electric problem in guest bathroom. No power or lights. Could not get to breaker box. Clean unit however.

Nice, newer house with lots of bedrooms and bathrooms. Pretty good location if you want to be near Knoxville, but quite a few two lane roads in and out. Good sized kitchen and plenty dishes and kitchen items for a large group. Great place for our family holiday festivities!

This was a great place to stay! We were in town for a wedding and needed 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. It was very clean , spacious, well equipped and had good parking. Brenda was a great host.! We would certainly stay there again!

We truly enjoyed our stay at the home. We were able to drive to most our planned events with 30 minutes. Even better, is that we often were often off the major highways which helped with the football season traffic. The house was perfect for a multi-generational family weekend, and had everything we needed. It was very easy to communicate with the property owners, and the information provided was very clear.

Our group had 6 adults and one twelve year old and the accommodations were great. Very clean and nice furnishings and the closets were roomy too. The bathrooms had full size bottles of shampoo, conditioner & body wash! It would be nice to have some towel racks the bathrooms or hooks on the back of the bathroom door for future guests. Nice washer and dryer and even laundry soap to use as well! Thank you for a nice little property for our hockey tournament weekend.

We had a lovely stay! It is a very clean house! The only think I didn’t love was that it is on a busy street. It is set back so you don’t hear road noise, but you can’t go walking from there as it isn’t part of the rest of the neighborhood. It is set apart. And it is a bit of a drive to get to anything. But if what you want is a nice quiet house this is perfect!

Six of us graduated from high school together and have stayed in touch for over 50 years. We take short vacations just to get away for a few days. We found this property to be exactly what we needed. The home is new and beautifully decorated. Totally enjoyed our visit and would book this home again.
