The balcony was delightful…..the rest of the condo not so much. Living area furniture was not as pictured, soiled with bad odor. Sparsely furnished….one towel and wash cloth per bed, 1 small hotel soap per bathroom, no kitchen amenities for food prep, ice maker did not work, cloth on opening to washer and dryer kept getting caught in entrance door, vague info for TV operation, etc. Nice area and quiet tho.

I was awoken early morning by a construction worker on a hanging lift poking their head into my bedroom window as I was sleeping, telling me I needed to remove the patio furniture and would no longer be able to use the patio, the main reason I booked the condo. Then after I complained to management, I was awoken the next morning by the same gentleman outside my window complaining about my complaint and how they didn’t “give a (expletive) about me because I’m not an owner.” It was really an awful experience and completely marred my entire stay at this condo.

This 6th floor (beach-theme decor) condo has a great view of the ocean. There was maintenance scheduled for the balcony during our stay that we were unaware of until a few days before check in causing us to not be able to use the balcony. The full kitchen is well supplied with dishes, cookware, and some spices. There are 3 TVs and instructions for the streaming services. The bathrooms have towels, blow dryer, etc. There is a swimming pool available and access to the beach on this property. A grocery store is within walking distance. It would have been nice if a gas grill was available. This unit is definitely on our list to rent again.

Location, ease of entry, response with a minor dishwasher issue was great. For the $ we spend, the owner could provide a new bar of soap in each bathroom, little seasoning, spray oil or other minor cooking supplies, and get some real kitchen trash bags and toilet paper vs. super thin/transparent bags/paper..cheap

Seawinds is a a terrific beachside condo. While our weather kept us off the beach we do believe it is a great stretch of beach. The unit we rented was spacious, well laid out and furnished very nicely. Great restaurants in the immediate area make this a terrific place to stay.

We were so impressed the minute we walked in. Updated, clean and fabulous views! Comfortable beds and new clean pillows. Even an air purifier! New water filter, marked with the date in the refrigerator too. Probably my top rental place we have stayed in.

I will start with a good, positive, things. The property, the condo, itself was very nice, as was the location. Office staff members Tulsa and Donna were great and very helpful! The negatives were many, and they were challenging. We didn’t get our check-in information until 24 hours or less which was very disconcerting because they had the dates wrong. Instead of checking in on 16 November they had us checking in on 6 December! Plus they had us listed as having four adults instead of just the two of us. I called to correct this, making sure we did have the reservation and tried to get them to change this, but I was ignored. The information on the Wi-Fi, including the password that we were given was incorrect and it took two days to get that straightened out! Good luck in trying to operate the remote controls. We needed Donna’s help. If you do go, take your own bar soap. The ones provided were the size of a half dollar. When we inquired as to the make of the coffee pot, we were told it was a regular coffee pot. How helpful is that?! Then another note was sent that it was a Keurig, and when we arrived, it was a drip coffee maker. I guess a drip coffee maker is a “regular coffee pot”. All in all, we were there for four days and for the first two days it was a struggle and it felt like the office staff didn’t really know what they were doing. We went so we can enjoy the beach, and it took us a couple days before we could really settle in and begin. I would be very cautious and using the trips again, plus this is based on the reviews, until their owner decides to train the people right, and they get their act together.

It is such a nice place. It is definitely bare Bones. There's no homie like down to earth touches to it. It didn't feel like I was staying at someone else's house let me put it like that. Oh and if you're traveling from far away make sure you bring a beach chair because they do not provide beach chairs beach towels beach umbrellas or anything beach related.

This condo is in a very sweet spot, right on the beach, overlooking the pool, very clean, good parking, lots of great restaurants nearby. It is noisy when there are children in the pool. Their high pitched voices carry right into the condo, and parents don’t seem to care. Also, there is little info in the condo, we had no idea how to get in the main entrance. Luckily, another tenant showed us the entry code. Bring your own beach equipment, no beach towels, chairs or umbrella. Overall, if you want an ocean view and are willing to pay a premium price, this condo is for you.

The beach an balcony view were excellent. The condo was clean except for a load of dirty towels left in the washer. It had everything we needed but the beds were not comfortable at all that was a disappointment no one got much sleep probably won’t rent this unit again we like seawinds it’s a good place to stay but will try a different unit next time.

My family and I have stayed in Ormond several times, and we have stayed in some great places. Seawinds 602 is our new favorite place to stay. In addition to being on the beach and having a great pool, we love the layout and we have never stayed in a cleaner place. We even like the colors better than anywhere else we’ve stayed; they’re clean and calming. We’ll definitely check this one out first when we we come to Ormond!

All was perfect. One minor issue. Toilet off hallway would continue to run water if the handle was not lifted or if you did not ensure rubber stop inside tank had good suction. This did not become an issue to our knowledge until few days prior to checking out. Therefore not a total inconvenience.

We were in town for a women’s amateur golf tournament. This property met our needs. It is quite chilly in this area and we wanted a lovely property with a view for when we could not be outside. When you rent this property be sure to pack a blow dryer. There is not one on site.

This pet-friendly condo was very nice, tastefully updated, and clean. Location worked out perfectly for us to spend time in busy Daytona during day and then come back to quiet Ormond for night. Ocean view was beautiful and easy access to the beach. Family had a great time and will definitely stay in this condo again.
