We would definitely stay at this lovely location again.

Clean, spacious, and close proximity to town center and parking. Simonette is a very wonderful host even though we communicated through Google translate.

Tricky to drop off luggage at location when driving in town and using Google translate to communicate before arriving.

A very warm and happy stay

The apartment is very clean and comfortable. The host is very kind and caring, provides parking spaces and useful local information, The apartment is fully equipped with kitchenware and washing machine, as well as a variety of tea bags and capsule coffee.

Wonderful 2 bedroom apartment ideal for extended stay.

Lovely 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom full sized apartment. With aircon in both bedrooms and In living area. Fully equipped kitchen, with everything you could think of. Very clean, well furnished and maintained property in a great location. The free car parking was a bonus.

A wonderful property in a lovely area!

The location was on a quiet picturesque cobblestone lane. The views were lovely. The property was spacious, clean, and very comfortable for our family. Simonetta was very helpful. A fantastic place to stay in a magical town!

Our group of four enjoyed our stay in Orvieto and recommend this apartment.

Well equipped kitchen, comfortable furnishings and beds, spacious apartment on two floors, very clean, lots of helpful information for sightseeing, good location for walking and taking the bus, easy checkin and checkout, good communication with friendly owner. I recommend this apartment and would stay there on another trip to Orvieto.

Would highly recommend for a family!

The apartment is newly renovated with lots of space. It was very clean and the air conditioning and WiFi were great. We used the washer, it worked great and our clothes dried very quickly in the summer heat. The host left bottled water for us.

Fantastic Old Italian Neighborhood with Modern facilities

Large space that was extremely clean & comfortable. Modern facilities included WiFi, dishwasher, washing machine and TV were available. The hostess was welcoming and even walked several blocks to our car when we couldn’t find the apartment. The provided water & coffee were appreciated

Directions to the property could get complicated with one way and restricted traffic areas but the Hostess goes out of her way to help with this and even rode in our car to give us directions- Fantastic

Beautiful

The place was lovely clean and in the right location to walk about the village. Was great to have a place to do laundry midway through our trip. Would be a great place for a family. Simonetta was a kind helpful hostess.

The parking space is a bit far from the apartment.
