These two modern homes- 8 bedrooms, 7.5 baths, 2 fully stocked kitchens w/ bar seating, spacious living rooms, 2 car garages, & 2 rooftop patios w/ amazing views of Downtown. These homes are located WALKING DISTANCE of Nashville’s 12th South hotspot The Gulch a popular restaurant, shopping, & bar district. We are a short $5 Uber/Lyft ride to downtown. Early bag drop before check in is available by request for an additional $50.

In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, we have adopted new cleaning procedures to ensure the safety and well-being of all our guests. Our cleaners are required to wear face masks during all cleans moving forward, and we have introduced new EPA approved cleaning products that kill coronavirus, as well as many other hard-to-kill viruses and bacteria. The linens, towels, bedsheets, etc. are washed per manufacturer's guidelines. We are also stocking our condo with additional, essential disinfectants and supplies to help you follow the CDC’s guidelines. We look forward to welcoming you to our condo and hosting your stay. We understand the threat of this virus and are committed to doing our part to slow the spread. If you have any questions, or specific requests, regarding our cleaning procedures, please feel free to inquire.

We are certain your large group will love these brand new modern homes and that they will be one of the highlights of your Nashville vacation. The 8 true bedrooms and 7.5 baths will ensure that your group has plenty of space to spread out. The huge rooftop patios with unbeatable views of downtown Nashville is perfect for entertaining and celebrating special events. If you happen to be in town for New Year’s Eve or the Fourth of July, you will have some of the best seats in the city for the downtown fireworks show. Please note we do not provide propane for the fire pit due to issues with misuse and safety.

Each bedroom features brand new memory foam mattresses ranging from twin to king. The welcoming tall ceilings and abundance of natural light, along with spacious open floor plans, will help your group feel the perfect balance of privacy and community with plenty of room to spread out. Each of the 2 kitchen areas feature barstool seating for 4. The open floor plan makes sure no cooks miss out on the fun and can still see the game on TV! We have mounted TV’s with cable in the living room, as well as in 3 of the 4 bedrooms. The home is equipped with the fastest internet available through AT&T.

Traveling doesn't mean having to eat out for every meal. We supply all of the kitchen necessities so you are able to cook or reheat leftovers easily! We have everything from pots and pans, storage containers, and a coffee maker, to wine glasses and corkscrews! Towels, linens, 2 irons & boards, 2 hair dryers, new Samsung washer and dryer (including detergent), Wi-Fi, cable, and many more amenities are all provided.

Please let us know if you are traveling with children or babies as we will gladly provide you with a pack n play, etc., upon request! Want a bag of diapers waiting in the house? Let us know! We understand these things are bulky and the less you have to pack and travel with the better!

The property was beautiful and exactly as advertised. The communication was excellent leading up to my stay and during. I would recommend staying here to anyone considering visiting Nashville and I look forward to returning.

We are a small tech company who were attending a conference downtown. Perfect spot for us to land, knowing we were too busy to do much but sleep there. Clean, great comms from host. Short Uber or 10-15 minute walk to the Gulch. Comfortable beds. Thanks guys!

The location and layout of this property is perfect for a large group! The bed configurations are awesome to give every one plenty of space!!! And the rooftops are amazing! Thank you Tyler for an awesome stay!

Overall it was a great place to stay for our large group visiting for the weekend. Having two units right next to each other provided plenty of room and comfort. Check in was easy with the digital locks which also made it easy for everyone in our group to come and go as they pleased. Rooms were spacious and beds were comfortable. Majority of the units on the street were rentals so we got to meet some others that were visiting and hangout. Would definitely stay here again.

We rented these units for a bachelor/ bachelorette party & they were perfect! Tons of room, great location that was close to everything & great neighbors. You can’t beat the view from the rooftop either! The only thing I want to point out is that the listings are not 2 sides of the same house. We assumed that because they are A3 & A4 that they were side by side but they are across the alley from each other instead. This wasn’t a problem at all and they were so much fun I just wanted to point that out as that was the only confusing factor for our group when booking. Tyler is an amazing host who replied quickly every time I had a question and even worked with us so we could get in early. Highly recommend!
