Our stay at the Under the Tree property was great. The house was perfect for our visit to the Woodlands for the Ironman. Debra was awesome to work with and I would highly recommend the house.

We were in The Woodlands for my son’s wedding weekend, and couldn’t have picked a better house for family. Location was ideal and in a lovely neighborhood. House has plenty of room, and even a great play area for our two year old grandson. The host, Debra, was awesome. She responded quickly and was so helpful. Would definitely stay again if we are ever back in town.

We were in town for a wedding with 6 adults and wanted to rent a house instead of a hotel. Under a tree was a great house that was perfect for us and the proximity to mall and restaurants was great. Really enjoyed the walking trails and ease of meeting with others in our family that also had rented VRBOs. Highly recommended!

We were originally supposed to stay at Under a Tree for about six weeks as we transitioned from selling our house to moving abroad. Because of delays getting our visas we ended up staying three months so we got to know the property quite well. When we arrived the windows had just been replaced with new double glazing. Even though the house is on a corner and the temperature was over a hundred, this meant the house was cool and very quiet. Everything we could want was provided and impeccably clean. The decor is calm and relaxing. The location was fantastic too with some nice walks from your door and quick access to I-45. The property manager, Debra, was so understanding and flexible as we struggled with the chaos of constantly changing our travel plans as delay followed delay. There was plenty of space for our family of four and the kids loved all the toys and games in the garage that has been converted to a playroom. We couldn’t have asked for a better refuge at a particularly difficult time in our lives!

New tile was being installed in our home and we needed to vacate for two weeks. This VRBO was perfect for our needs. Debra was easy to work with and was responsive to our questions. Everything we needed was in this cute home. Thank you Debra for your hospitality. 😊

The property was very clean and close to my brother house where we had a surprise birthday party for him. The property met all are want’s and needs for family coming in from out of town. I highly recommend this property to anyone heading to the woodlands.

We were staying here for easy access to Addison Woods venue for our daughter’s wedding. This property met our requirements, and was very comfortable for our family. Even our pup liked it. Very clean, well maintained, quiet location, near food, and had everything we needed.

The home is spacious and comfortable. Provisions were beyond expectations and thoughtful details weree provided by the host. The back deck was a fantastic space for gathering. Location was close to highway access and neighborhood was quiet and had walking trails. Kitchen met all needs and bedrooms were roomy. Garage was utilized as a game room which was a plus. Host was responsive and accommodating. Entire group was thrilled with lodging and we would not hesitate to recommend or rebook!

Everything we needed and more. So great to see family in the Houston area for a post Covid reunion and this house was centrally located to all of our families’ homes. Every detail well thought out in the house. Neighborhood was quiet, yet active with walkers. Everything you need was provided for you at home or within a mile of it. Thank you for a wonderful stay. We will be back!

This home was a perfect choice for our family visiting the area for a wedding. The home was immaculate and cheery! The owner thought of everything: even left snacks for us, coffee and lots of ice! Our son even found an ibuprofin in the pantry that saved us a trip to the drugstore. We would highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a place to stay near the Woodlands!

Easy checking, house was clean with coffee and all basic amenities. Great home layout, we brought our family dog, they had water and food bowls, great backyard space. We didn’t use but they had the garage set up as a game room! With couches and games.Easy check out. Overall a 5 star experience!

House was in a perfect location for us to visit family in spring. It was an absolutely adorable, spotlessly clean house. Completely well-stocked for anything that we could think we would need. All of us thoroughly enjoyed our 5 night stay in this clean & extremely comfortable house. There were many “extras” that made the stay very pleasant. The location worked well for us as everything we needed was in close enough distance yet we felt we were secluded in the neighborhood without all the hustle and bustle. I’m already looking forward to our next trip to the area and hope this property is available when we return!
