❁ NO SMOKING INSIDE THE PROPERTY! OUTSIDE with care to avoid fire danger. Cigarette butts will be charged for cleaning up.
❁ We have grill but leave it to the guest to clean and fill as every guests usage is different. Clean-up after yourself!
❁ Being an Airbnb, please make sure to pickup your own trash, collect garbage, load up dishwasher and laundry washer before check-out. Our cleaning fees are the lowest!
