Just a 2-minute walk to the Harbor Marina and bay beaches, the Longwoods Beach House is a 3 bedroom/2 bathroom beach home with shy of one acre of privacy surrounded by “long wood” trees. This home will feel like a private escape away from the “city life” yet it is surrounded by the most beautiful beaches, and the boating and water sport life that makes East Hampton the perfect getaway. This home is equipped with outdoor heated shower, beach chairs, beach umbrella, and bonfire pit for your use on your beach trips. Enjoy bonfire nights at the hidden gem Maidstone Beach, with front row seats to the most beautiful and colorful sunsets seen anywhere.
Situated on nearly an acre of professionally landscaped grounds with regular tick and mosquito control maintenance, you will sit on the large backyard deck and look onto the natural foliage of the numerous “long wood” trees while lighting a fire in the outdoor chimney. It may feel like you are in a luxurious secluded country home yet you are still just minutes from the best shopping, restaurants, golf courses, and nightlife in East Hampton Village, Amagansett and the short 20 minute drive to Montauk and Sag Harbor. If you want to stay close to home, just walk over to one of the most sought-after waterfront dining restaurants Si Si and Sunset Harbor and watch the sun setting over the marina. Day and evening walks or jogs are equally as beautiful as you can run along waterfront paths or walk over to the marina and watch the boats sail by.
If dining at home is your preference, you will enjoy a chef’s kitchen with high end appliances including a Wolf range and SubZero fridge. The kitchen is equipped with chef’s quality Shun knives, high end dinnerware and glassware, and Le Creuset and All-Clad cookware. Outdoors you will be able to grill on a Weber 3-burner grill with side burner while enjoying the portable Sonos speakers which can be played indoors or outside. Visit the local fish markets, get farm fresh eggs, or visit the numerous local farms for the freshest produce and create your own farm-to-table dining experience.
For those nights in, enjoy a movie on a 65-inch 4K LG TV with Sonos surround sound and Apple TV available for your personal apps, or light a fire and cozy up to the wood burning fireplace.
