Clean, compact, secure

Location was perfect for my needs. Having a lift in the building is great as well as being able to access the stairs. Feels safe and secure

The shower is still broken in apartment 103. I reported this last time I stayed and it is still not fixed. The parking is confusing the allocated space was being used and I was told to then park in a space number that didn’t exist. Then I realised that the parking space is on a different site to where I was staying

The good, the bad, and the meh.

The bed was comfy and got sound nights of sleep. Close to where I needed to be for the marathon. Comfy sofa, and a good amount of cutlery and kitchen utensils. All towels provided were of decent quality. Blinds helped remove any excess external light (making it easy to sleep). A great amount of storage for clothes for myself, as the sole occupant. Plenty of plug sockets.

Crack in the bedroom wall, where you could see the insulation that lines it. No hot water for the shower, kitchen and bathroom sinks. No instructions...if there were any...on how to access hot water. And the shower head wouldn't stay in one position, seemed to be busted from the last stay...despite me trying to get it to stay in place.

Happy to stay here a again. It was perfectly adequate for my work trip.

Location was perfect. The apartment was a good size for a single traveller. It was well equipped. It felt secure

The shower was broken and did not get fixed during my stay.

I Feel Like I've Been Scammed

The only good part of this location was how close it was to a works event I was at.

We arrived to having no hot water to 2300 to which point we was at our breaking point of just handing the keys in then and there on the first day! On our last day we also had no hot water again so couldn't even shower before leaving the property. Multiple marks on both the walls and doors. Shower head would not stay in place to wash yourself (once the hot water was working). The bedroom wall had a massive crack going down it. The fire alarm had tin foil covering it.

no hot water so couldn’t shower, no toilet paper, shower wasn’t very clean around the edges, the shop that holds the keys is ridiculously out of the way especially for people coming in on a train and not driving costs extra in a taxi that’s if u can get one on a match day as they don’t come to Talbot rd on math days very silly when there is a shop on the corner that could be the drop off point. everything ok apart from that

WOULD STRONGLY RECOMMEND NOT STAYING HERE

Amenities were OK, location is good for Old Trafford and the local area.

Keys had to be picked up from a convenience store in Chorlton, an approximately 3.5 mile round trip, which was not stated at the time of the booking. Wanted additional money to drop off the keys in person instead of using a typical control of a keysafe on the premise. The flat was filthy and hadn't been cleaned since the last tenants had been in. The housekeeping service were excellent when they did arrive and cleaned it to a reasonable level, but the head office did little to keep in touch in comparison to the housekeeping company. Alongside this, the flat (while apparently new) had obvious damage to the walls and shower that have either been neglected or badly patched. The hot water thermostat had been manipulated and turned off so no hot water for the first day Getting a hold of the office was a nightmare, and according to 1 lady from an answering service, they don't even field their own queries coming in. Alongside this, their booking platform is poor and using booking.com to masquerade through seems disingenuous and caused confusion on when money was due to be paid. A real shame as this would have been a great place to stay in the area instead of the myriad of corporate hotels. However the management company need to be more transparent and proactive to ensure that people staying do not get a sub-par experience before i recommend the location.
