Location close to town

Not much to cook with frying pan was old and worn out

The location was great for us, we enjoyed Gatlinburg and the Smoky Mountains

No complaints

I liked the location of the cabin, and it's amenities.

There were too many additional fees that were very costly.

Nice area. Comfortable furniture and beds.

It was dirty. Back porch with the hot tub had little kids water Guns left here, stools knocked over, none of the porches were swept. Limbs and twigs, leaves everywhere. Floor wasn’t swept well. Dusty.

The chalet wasn’t cleaned. Mascara on a pillow case on one of the beds. The rugs were very dirty. Empty candy wrappers under one of the beds. Sone tv remotes didn’t have batteries & one tv had no remote. Comforter dirty on one of the beds. Hot water tank quit working second morning there. Technician came out said he fixed it but it still didn’t work. Still didn’t work the night before we left. VERY DISAPPOINTED

Cabin was beautiful, perfect for a Bachelorette trip , it was far back enough in the woods for some privacy yet not too far away from all the action

The cameras on the front of the cabin feels a bit unnecessary and like someone is spying on you out there

It was clean and comfortable

I left my flat cast iron skillet there at the facility. The staff when I called said that she couldn't guarantee it to be returned.
