Step inside your dream vacation home and enjoy the best that Orlando and the Reunion Resort has to offer. This spacious, newly built, modern, private villa has everything you will need for a memorable vacation.

Backing directly onto one of 3 golf courses designed by Jack Nicklaus, Tom Watson and Arnold Palmer, this beautiful home has been designed to provide the ultimate vacation experience. Downstairs, a large kitchen / family room has a huge island unit with seating for 12 people creating a wonderful place to hang out and relax. There is an 82 inch TV, sofas and more formal dining table in this space too. The kitchen has 2 sinks, 2 refrigerators, 2 ovens and 2 microwaves as well as being fully equipped for cooking at home. Large sliding doors lead directly out to a covered eating area with outside refrigerator, food prep area and table with seating for 6. The large pool deck is arranged around the heated (at extra cost) 36 ft x 15 ft private pool and hot tub. There is also a gym with running machine, cycle and free weights with bench. Downstairs has 4 bedrooms consisting of one King sized bed and 3 queens. There are 4 shower rooms attached to the bedrooms and a half bathroom serving the pool area. All bedrooms have Smart Tv's.

Upstairs, the star of the show is a tiered cinema room with projector, 100 inch screen and surround sound which seats up to 10 people comfortably. Movie nights in will never be the same! A large games room houses and Xbox, PS4, Arcade game, pool table, foosball table and electric massage chair. Glass sliding doors lead out onto a balcony with sofas which overlooks the golf course behind. There is also a kitchenette area which serves the games room and cinema room. Upstairs has a further 9 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms, consisting of one King sized bed, six Queen sized beds, one full size, 4 bunk beds and 2 single beds.

Outside, there is a carriage driveway with parking for 5/6 cars and an overflow car park nearby.

Overall the property is perfect for a golf trip. This was our second year in a row at this property; and the same issues existed each year: ice makers did not work; grill was filthy; very annoying alarm (not needed for adults) was not shut off until 4th day; pool and hot tub were cloudy and dirty; hot tub was not hot; and outdoor tabletop fire pit did not work.

The house was perfect for 13 men golfers. Unfortunately, the 3 top-level courses outside our backyard cost $235 USD, above our budget. The internet was spotty and the hot tub took 4 days to get operating. Aside from that, the house was perfect and we may come back next year.

The house worked for our large family and we had a great time making memories, however there were a few issues, I will mention so future visitors are informed and hopefully so the owner takes care of them. The 2 biggest issues were: we were not allowed in at the 4:00 check in time we were told as the cleaning crew was still there. We called the owner and all he said was sorry. We waited 3.5 hours. Then when they finished the first floor they let us in but they still had to clean the second floor so we couldn’t go up. The cleaning crew was awesome but we didn’t actually get the house until closer to 7:30. The other major issue was their fire alarm went off most nights while we were all sleeping. We told the owner the first morning and they sent someone but said they wouldn’t be able to fix it anytime soon. We had it go off 2 more nights after and would have to hit the reset button on the third night of this a much louder alarm that pierced through every room went off insisting on a code to turn off. Luckily someone thought to use the key code and it worked. Why we weren’t told that after the first alarm is beyond me. The media room tv does not work, we called and we were told it needed a bulb and it would be overnighted, it never was fixed. The fire pit did not work and we were told it hasn’t worked for a while. With all that being said we had a great time and the house worked great for our large family. We were just disappointed in the problem solving of the mgr.

House was clean and pool heat worked great. Great large kitchen. We used the grill but had to refill the propane tank because it was empty when we arrived. Did not have pool lounge chairs but that wasn’t a big deal to our group.

This house was pretty much as described, BUT upon check-in, the pool was dirty and we had to have maintenance come to clean it AND we were not able to use the pool for 2 1/2 additional days that we were there because the pump or something wasn't working properly. We reached out to management who told us that maintenance would come by to check pool. We did not hear from maintenance until the Friday we were to leave. Also, when we checked into the house, upon inspecting it, we pulled back the linen on one of the beds and there were dirty socks still in the bed. After checking the other beds, you could tell that housekeeping had not cleaned the linen from previous users. We washed ALL of the bed linens. The bed linen and towels really need to be updated. I did reach out to management and they did offer to have housekeeping come, but we had already started to wash everything by the time I heard back from them.

We enjoyed our stay at this house, especially the large outdoor pool and connected spa. There are no pool floaties or toys so we brought our own. There are separate pool towels. The pool is the perfect size for water volleyball. The fact that every bedroom had a separate bath attached was amazing. The theatre room was comfortable as well and the gaming selection was pretty good. It’s a quiet neighborhood, and the scenery is nice being located at the end of the lane and adjacent to the golf course. Unfortunately the outdoor fire table didn’t work during our stay, but the outdoor fridge and sink were handy. The kitchen was great and the pantry included some bonus amenities like a crockpot, very large entertaining drink dispenser, and array of pitchers or serving trays. The house wasn’t extremely clean when we got there but that is understandable given the size of this house and window of time between check-out and check-in. We would recommend this property for another stay!

house was perfect for a 12 man golf weekend, kitchen was top notch, bedrooms and bathrooms for all and the outside area with pool ,hot tub, fire table and gas grill was amazing... plus the beds were super comfy!!!

Great neighborhood

Neighborhood was gated, nice & quiet. Loved the spacious house however I think there are more full beds than queen. Also the pool furniture is not that clean & retains water. The pool guy came to clean it while we were using it, which should have been done prior to our stay. We had an issue with the air upstairs & the host sent out a repair guy the same day, however it went out again 2 days later. We had to suffer in 86 degree heat because no one could come on a Sunday. Short drive to Walmart, restaurants, shopping & Disney. Overall I would stay at this property again.
