great location but house really wasn’t worth the money, we won’t be back.

great location, big enough for us all (8 people)

House is very run down, bbq unusable/ a danger, pool not heated as advertised (on our last day there was some maintenance but no idea if that fixed it), only 1 key for 8 people, blind cords very dangerous for children - none of them fixed to the wall & next to their beds, table outside was rusted through on one side- sharp & v unfriendly for all especially children, sofas broken, tv had to tune ourselves (remote not working), microwave turned off every 10secs or so, key so flimsy it broke off in the door altho replacement seems better, a few lightbulbs not working.

Relaxing, refreshing and enjoyable stay.

Seem to have problem with the hot water system on our 2nd day of stay, but was able to stay until 1100am instead of 10am. Joel was considerate in giving us an extra hour before we take the coach back to Melbourne.

we had fun, Smatty was in a great location, only a short walk to shops, pubs,beach and cafe. would have been nice to hav

great location, bed configuration was perfect for our large families

the property was a little dirty, there was no coffee/tea provisions. not enough toilet paper for the size of the place. 9 people and only 11/2 rolls.

it was really great and spacious and family enjoyed it very much short walk to the beach which was amazing

Upstairs bathroom and bedroom main lights not working. Cleaned but not really up to scratch. Cobwebs on the outside furniture. Too much clutter in kitchen cupboards with little storage space for food. Sofas and kitchen stools need attention. Generally a bit run down for the price. Great location.

The location

Advertised swimming pool as electric heating, was not heated at all, pump not in operation and pool not maintained properly. balcony light inoperative. Outdoor table rusty, 2 of 3 couch broken. Don’t reflect price paid

Just fair

It was very 🥵 night. Aircon far away from bedroom. Just one dish washer tablet No top sheet of the bed Just one waste bin bag for two days 😇 Two bedroom lights were not working No laundry liquids or tablets Oven and grill not properly cleaned The owner or the person who looks after the house, looks like a “MISER”, who should go to learn minimum quality, of Australian standards 😇
