With a gas fireplace and two sofabeds, the living room of this Sawmill Creek condo may become the key hangout of your stay in Breckenridge. The family-friendly layout allows for everyone to escape to the balcony with a refreshment, and the private washer/dryer can take on everyone's gear in the meantime. Prepare homemade meals and snacks in the recently updated fully equipped kitchen, which can be enjoyed in the dining area or at the long breakfast bar. As part of your stay, you'll also have access to the complex's two indoor hot tubs. This condo is in an excellent location, just 20 yards from the Four O'Clock Run at Breckenridge Ski Resort (with ski-in access dependent on snow conditions). There are lots to help you relax here!

This was a lovely condo within walking distance to everything. Very clean, nice furnishings and updated kitchen that was fully stocked. Ski locker has code on it so we store fishing poles in there. Would definitely stay again.

Very spacious, comfortable and clean condo with updated kitchen. Location could not be beat….walking distance to everything. Indoor hot tubs were very clean and relaxing with outdoor views.

While the building is old and somewhat tired, the unit was very comfortable and in a great location. We loved being able to walk to the gondola in the morning and ski all the way to the property parking garage at the end of the day. It was a short walk into town for shopping and restaurants and we also enjoyed having the gas fireplace and using the hot tub at the end of the day.

First, thick dust on top of refrigerator, and garbage in bedroom closets. vanity lights in bathroom did not work, had to wait until next day to get it fixed. No dishwasher detergent when i checked in, and when i requested it, they told me i had to go pick it up at the main office several blocks away! Horrible service when calling Vacasa for help. They dont text u back until at least 8 hrs later, and no resolution to your questions. When calling, no help and put u on hold and u get disconnected. Fireplace did not work, and when i asked about it, they said it has been broken for over a month.
On the plus side, it is a good location since u can ski right into condo complex, but it is NOT ski-out.

We enjoyed the location and how roomy the condo was but it is right on a busy street and was very noisy in the early mornings.
We could not get access to the ski closet so we had to bring the skies into the condo. There were other minor issues (hot tub did not work one day and condo was not completely cleaned) but for the most part the condo worked for our needs. It was nice to walk 2 blocks to main street.

The condo was roomy and a great location but you pay for the location with a noisy street in the mornings.
2 block walk to main st. was nice.
No hot water by the 3rd shower if a lot of people are getting ready at the same time. You will need to bring your skies into the condo, no access into the sky closet. Hot tub did not work one day, condo was not completely clean--under garments were found under the bed from the last guests. the issues were told to the management company, they were very responsive but the condo owner did not respond,

This property was perfect for our family! Steps to downtown and easy to walk to the Gondola for skiing. The condo was clean, well stocked, and very comfortable. We also enjoyed the hot tub after a long day of skiing. This is a great value and we will definitely be back!

The place is well maintained, with house-like amenities and is very spacious. It's also very clean, well maintained, and the property owners made sure we are all situated and informed prior to arrival. This is not a hotel so please future clients must know what there is no formal check-in process. Sawmill Creek 216 is the perfect location and I love the easy access to downtown! We had a relaxing and pleasant experience and will definitely come back.

We enjoyed our quick stay. This is a corner unit next to a busy street; hence, the noise. The rooms were spacious and very clean. Check in is at 4 pm and check out is at 10 am so there was not a lot of time spent there with our 2 night rental. It is pricey for the time allowed. Our unit #216 was well furnished. If we had stayed longer I would have cooked! I loved the convenience of walking to main street! And once we found the code to the hot tub, we used that also. I think that code should be given with the entry code. We just happened to find it on a small piece of paper AFTER we called Vacasa - they didn't have it either. Overall, a very comfortable stay.

Great location, and great overall property! (Just one suggestion - the bed in the master bedroom fell as the T support underneath gave way. Please stabilize the master bed. Other than that, the fridge door handle needs to be tightened. Nothing else needed. Everything else was great!)

awesome spot, and you can ski right in to the condo facility and its a 5 min walk to the breck station gondola. It is a big condo and an awesome facility...we absolutely loved it and hope to go back soon!!! :)

Amazing!
Was a little nervous booking a VRBO for my whole family, as my parents are so used to the hotel life. This rental changed everything for them! We really enjoyed it and the location was absolutely perfect for anything and everything you’d want to do in Breckenridge. Kitchen and living area were fantastic, as were the bedrooms and bathrooms. Will be recommending to all my friends and family!

Communication was very quick, parking in garage was very nice with the snow during our stay. Cozy, had everything we needed.

One small thing that could be added would be humidifiers in the bedrooms, which help with altitude sickness — I called and emailed to ask if these could be provided but the Vacasa reps said it wasn’t possible.
The only problem happened when we came out to load our car while checking out to find a huge green sticker stuck firmly to the window. We left the parking pass in the car overnight but apparently the condo security guy couldn’t see it. We asked him about it and he claimed he had given us a previous warning. This was not true. He refused to help remove the sticker. So we had to find a way to scrape this very firmly stuck large sticker off our rental car before turning it in at the airport. This experience was an unnecessary and exasperating end to an otherwise great stay.

Great location however water is an issue.
Greta location, nice setup but no hot water. I stayed here with 8 family members and one person got hot water every day. I believe the whole building uses the same water heater. We also booked this unit due to having a hot tub on-site that we were told would be open. It was not.

Great place
We were pleasantly surprised by they condo. It was very clean and had many updates including family room furniture, carpeting and bathroom vanities and baths appeared new. The beds were comfortable and linens were also very new looking. The kitchen was older, but very clean and microwave worked!! We enjoyed the fire in the evening. The location was great. We could catch the shuttle right outside our door and ski back to the condo at he end of the day. Plus, the walk into town was only a few minutes.
