About this villa rental

Situated close to Elvina Apartments in the Ortaalan area of Kalkan. It has stunning panoramic views of the sea and mountains from all levels, which have been capitalised upon with large windows throughout. A major renovation work will be carried out in the winter of 2024. The exterior will be renovated and modernised and an ensuite master bedroom will be added to the middle floor. Inside, the villa is modern, air-conditioned and tastefully furnished. Outside, there is plenty of space for 10 people spread out on the spacious terraces.The large infinity pool is approx 10m x 5m with a luxurious jacuzzi pool at one end for pure indulgence.

Ground Floor
The open plan lounge includes satellite TV (limited English speaking channels), DVD, free wifi, opening out onto the poolside terraces. The kitchen is modern, fully equipped including a microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. There is a dining table and 10 chairs. WC cloakroom

First floor

Outside, there is plenty of space for 10 people spread out on the spacious terraces. The large infinity pool is approx 10m x 5m with a luxurious jacuzzi pool at one end for pure indulgence. The pool can be heated in the cooler months of the season for an additional fee - please ask for details. There is a shaded pergola for al-fresco dining and a BBQ, plus sunbeds and parasols to relax on. To keep your fitness regime going, Villa Buse has a small gym with a running machine and a games room with table tennis table.
