Won’t stay here again

The staff were friendly

The room smelled like sweaty feet, sheets smelled like sweaty feet, pool was dirty, they barely had any food at breakfast. Stated there would be fresh fruit had none, asked for more cereal for my 2 toddlers they said they didn’t have any more

Not satisfied woth breakfast & room cleanliness

Room is not clean. Floor is sticky. Breakfast by 9 am they closed nothing is to eat noticed most of the customers left without breakfast.

We absolutely love staying at this hotel. It is our favorite location.

I love that the property has a wonderful pool, a large breakfast area, cozy outdoor seating and is very close to several different activities so that we don’t have to drive far. It’s a wonderful location.

This visit seemed like they were stretched a little bit thin, the room needed better attention and the outside area needed better attention near the parking. I feel like the staff is doing a great job, but they could use a little bit of extra help to pay attention to detail inside the rooms.

Great two night stay, will book again when we're in the area.

Breakfast was great and had plenty of options to choose from, something for everyone.

Plumbing fixtures in the tub area were loose, shower head had a leaky connection.

Stay was good. Booking.com was awful!!!!!!!!!

I was very happy with my stay except I used the wrong credit card and booking. Com would not help me switch it to other card. I will never use you again

Comfy beds bad breakfast

The rooms were spacious and the beds were super comfortable.

Okay, but not quite up to the usual Home2Suites standards

The kitchen was great, as usual for Home2Suites. The staff was friendly and pleasant. Everything was clean and it was close to the highways.

The heating was not great. It would not turn off. Had to have either cold or hot air all the time. The bed was perfect, but we could have used another pillow (there were three, and we each like two for reading before sleep) and they didn't have any more at the front desk. The table had a broken leg and one of the lampshades was broken.

Nice Hotel, Poor Hospitality/Communication by Staff

The room was comfortable, beds were great to sleep in. The breakfast was impressive, it's hard to find a hotel that actually makes pre-made sandwiches, omelets, etc. I always enjoy the waffles, but the prepared food was a surprise.

When I checked in I asked the front desk manager for late checkout at noon the next day. She said that wouldn't be a problem. The next day we were harassed 3 times, and the 4th time the lady told us at 11:15a that we need to be out at 11:30 because the manager that was on duty this morning said they had to get the rooms turned over because they had a lot of people coming. This was frustrating and a leisurely morning was abruptly ruined. Don't promise something you don't intend to honor. Plus, when I asked for a quiet room they put us on the 4th floor and assured me that it would be a quiet room (my wife is a light sleeper). Well, apparently they decided to put a family with a young child above us that was running around until 3 a.m. - I would think that they could note the fact that the room below needed a quiet room and NOT put a small child in the room above. Home2 is a great hotel. The staff at this location came up short for us.

Honestly I was disappointed

We’ll first we couldn’t check in reception was taking a smoke break way over 20 minutes she was in her car second we went to our room after finally getting checked in our door was open the shower was dirty microwave was dirty commode was broken and when we complained to the receptionist she just said the the housekeeper be tripping at times … I was like can we get another room she said she will check our room out which never did . We came back like after 1 to the same dirty room very piss. I complain to the morning receptionist she was so sweet and wonderful and assured me she will talk to night receptionist and house keeping..

HORRIBLE, NEVER AGAIN

The headboard fell off the wall on my 2 year old fingers and my nieces head. The gm wasn’t apologetic at all. He came in, did a report and left with no remorse.

It was a good stay at the hotel - just some improvements need to be made, what I have mentioned.

The daily breakfast was good, and the location was excellent.

I needed more toiletries - like toilet paper and paper towel. I also think that the rooms should be cleaned daily, if that is requested by the customer. The customer should not have to request via the front desk for the room to be cleaned.

Good stay even with the minor issues

Great location, friendly staff

My room was nice, but one of the covers on the bed had a yellow stain so I didn’t sleep under it, and I had a dirty towel, but either than that good stay
