Condo is convenient to everything Lake Martin has to offer. Located in North Lake Condo Club just off highway 280 in Alexander City, Alabama. This 2nd floor unit is beautifully furnished and recently updated. The unit sleeps 6 people, has fully equipped kitchen open to the living room for entertaining. Relax on the updated private balcony that overlooks the dedicated, deep water boat slip and lake. Enjoy the day lounging by the 2 pools, or relax floating on the lake. Boat owners bring your boat! The site has deep water boat slip, and boat launch at Alexander City Boat Ramp is close by. If you do not own a boat, rentals are available from River North Marina (only 1/4 mile away) or Wind Creek Marina. North Lake Condo Club is convenient to dining, shopping and entertainment options, as it is only 5 minutes to Alexander City, 15 minutes to Dadeville, and 30 minutes to Auburn. The unit is perfect for Auburn football weekends to entertain your group whether attending the game or not. Robert Trent Jones Grand National in Opelika is only 36 miles away, and RTJ Capital Hill in Prattville is 68 miles. Several local golf courses are also nearby. Several Charcoal Grills are available on site for your use. You will not find another condo as convenient and comfortable as Unit R2 at North Lake Condo Club

Once again the condo was perfect. The check in process is so easy which allows for quick unpacking getting to relaxation with amazing views. This condo is well equipped and functions flawlessly. We always enjoy our stay here.

Parking was tight due to holiday but we always found a spot. Beds were so awesome that we took naps everyday. WiFi and phone were a struggle which is typical at other lakes we have stayed at but also nice being disconnected. Truly enjoyed our time here!

Finding the room was a little tricky but the owners are very helpful. once we figured it out it was great the owners are very responsive as well. The location is perfect the amenities are great and the view is wonderful! We had a great time!

We were pleased with the accommodations and amenities the condo had to offer. It was clean and offered the boat slip we needed to store our boat. Our only reservation was in regards to the dock. It was rather unstable making it challenging disembark from our boat and to walk safely.

Nice condo. Road noise was terrible - but I knew it would be since I can see it from the road. We needed to be on the lake and it was. Has it's own boat slip too.

The property was nice but dated. The main bathroom toilet didn’t flush well. For the price you would think it would have been stocked with more toilet paper and paper towel. But overall it was good. When going back I will try another property.

Great trip!

I was in town for a graduation and my whole family including my 83 year old mother came with us. The condo was very accomidating for everyone, very clean and plenty of beds. The owners gave lots of detail for the location which was helpful. We got in late and up early the next day and they had coffee already there for us to use and I couldn't have been more thankful!! It was a quick trip to Auburn and I enjoyed sitting out on the patio in the mornings and relaxing. I would definitely stay there again!

Condo was convenient right off of hwy280. It had plenty of cooking and cleaning items as well as some sugar and spices we actually forgot. Super simple access to the property with easy to remember door code. My only complaint is the hwy noise. Woke me up every morning super early. Maybe take a loud fan or white noise when you stay. Beautiful water views and would come back!

My husband, daughter and myself needed a place for Auburn Parents’ Weekend and found the perfect spot with this 3BR/2BA condo! Perfectly located off of Hwy 280, this 2nd floor unit had everything we needed for the weekend, but we would be well stocked for a stay of any length. The beds were comfy and the unit was exactly as described with lake views from the nicely furnished balcony and master bedroom. The boat slip was well marked and provided easy access to beautiful Lake Martin. The straight shot, 30 minute trip to Auburn was super convenient and allowed us to enjoy the lake alongside our game day activities. The owners were gracious and communicated clearly. So glad we chose this unit. We will be back!

Property was great and it’s wonderful if you’re bringing your boat to dock right out front. Very convenient! Pool is nice for the kids. Our only complaint was it seemed like there hadn’t been anyone in the condo in a bit so it wasn’t as clean as I would have liked it. Kind of dusty and needed to be freshened up but for a long weekend at the lake it was fine :) Kitchen is stocked fairly well too! Overall it was a good property and we would come back

Everything was great except the Master shower did not have hot water. The 2nd bath did though. We all shared that shower. Furthermore, the other guest were all so kind! The balcony could use a little cleaning. A lot of dirt and Cobb webs but we still enjoyed it! Kitchen was amazing!!

Well furnished and decorated with plenty of room. We relaxed at the pool, grilled out, played golf, and rented a boat. Overall a great and much- needed getaway. Two minor things to consider: traffic noise from the bridge close by and the internet service is quite slow if you’re trying to work from the condo.

We really enjoyed this condo. Super clean and very well laid out. Beds were so comfy! It was even pretty well stocked compared to some vacation rentals we’ve stayed in. Parking was easy and the pool area, while nothing fancy, was nice. The only small thing I will say as an FYI because nothing can be done about it. The balcony faces directly toward hwy 280 and there is definitely road noise. So I’d you really, really want a quiet morning on the deck looking over the lake, just know there will be cars and trucks blowing by on the highway. We rented a boat from River North Marina and the location was perfect and the condo comes with a slip to tie up. So the reason for the 4 stars is purely due to the road.

The condo is super-convenient to 280, marinas, Wind Creek state park, and Alexander City shopping and restaurants and there’s a boat launch on site. Nicely decorated and comfortable and has a dedicated boat slip with deep water. We used to own a condo here and the neighbors are great folks. Highly recommend!

We came to stay to go to a family wedding. The place was very clean. Information for staying was very helpful. The lake is beautiful. You can sit and relax on patio and see the sun rise and sun set. Plenty of room for everyone and kitchen was well plenished with every dish and cook ware you would need. Having the elevator to get to second floor for the older ones was a plus. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay in your wonderful place. We would rent it again. May God bless!

Our Family had a very relaxing time and the condo was fully stock and clean! The only disappointment our Family experienced was the pool was closed due to construction, water is completely drained and parts of it was dugout.
