Fantastic experience!

This place was fantastic! The rooms were modern and very clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. The complimentary breakfast buffet was exceptional with a great selection of items including omlets, bacon, hash browns, fresh fruit, a variety of juices, fancy oatmeal, cold cereals, muffins, bagels and make your own waffles with all the fixings. There was a great indoor pool and gym room both of which were very clean and well maintained and were easily accessible using your room key card. There was a lovely selection of complimentary coffees, teas and hot chocolate available at all times in the lobby for guests to help themselves to. The property is clean and well maintained and within walking distance to many restaurants and stores. The hotel is also close to the highway but far enough away that you don't hear traffic all night. This place by far surpassed our expectations! We have stayed at much more expensive hotels that didn't come close to offering the lovely experience we had here. We will definitely stay again and will make Hampton inn our first choice wherever we are traveling.

Staff need to work on friendly

Location

At check in, staff were rude and giving me a list of rules plus charged my credit card $50 dollars a day for incidentals. What incidentals? No mini bar, no movies? I will pay close attention to my credit card that this charge is removed! Expensive but at best an average hotel. I will NOT be staying at a Hampton Inn again!!

An excellent choice for a hotel in Brockville.

I stayed 10 days. Very comfortable beds, easy check-in/check out. Rooms are quite large with coffee/tea kettle, microwave and fridge. Room is cleaned every 2 days, although if you need anything such as new towels or would like your room cleaned, it’s no problem at all. Reception staff are very professional, and friendly. There are free amenities near the reception desk if you forgot anything such as toothbrush, cream, feminine hygiene products, razor and shaving cream, etc. There is always coffee available by reception, different roasts, decaf or tea. Very handy. Breakfast is good - variety of warm and cold breakfast options. Fresh fruit and yogurt, make your own waffles station.

I don’t like eating off paper plates or using plastic cutlery but this is becoming more common.

Just the place to stop for the night.

Very nice, clean modern location. The manager(Kamal Sharma) who checked us in was super friendly even giving us suggestions of where we might go for dinner. The room was clean and bright and ours had a walk-in shower. Breakfast was very good. Lots of variety and the hot food was fresh and plentiful.

There was nothing here that we did not like.

Location great for me. Did not go to breakfast see below.

In room coffee needs improvement. I do not like to go out “in public” first thing in the morning which is why i like coffee in the room. It’s not drinkable and the cream and sugar supplies are waaaay to little.

Disappointing. Felt like a criminal checking in. Breakfast options very average.

An excellent place to stay.

The staff were friendly and the hotel was very clean and well maintained. The bed was very comfortable and the washroom was clean and modern.

Clean hotel but cheap with the frills of what you would normally expect,…. Like housekeeping service

Breakfast was okay. Coffee was always available

Shampoo was available but no conditioner. I have long hair and it was awful trying to comb with the cheap shampoo. We were told at check in that the room would be cleaned on only the fourth day of stay. Our garbage was overflowing and we’re told to put it in the hallway to be picked up. Paying almost $350./night and I have to do my own housekeeping duties does not add up!

A happy stay

This hotel is pretty new (opened less than 3 years ago). Good location. Friendly and welcomed staff. Clean room. Love the spacious bathroom and walk-in shower. Good breakfast and swimming pool are add on bonus.

Should have bigger garbages and recycle box. The ones in the rooms are Super tiny... half garbage half recycling.. can't fit much
