Featuring direct marina access and located just 2 miles from picturesque Smathers Beach, this well appointed two bedroom, two bath condo is ideally situated in Key West. Explore all Key West has to offer, located just 3 miles from vibrant Duval Street, and 4 miles from historic and majestic Mallory Square.
This two bedroom condo features a spacious primary bedroom with a king size bed and hardwood flooring, a connecting ensuite full bathroom with shower and bathtub. The guest bedroom features a queen size bed with wood flooring as well. The condo also features a full kitchen, with full sized refrigerator, microwave, stove, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker (drip style), toaster, blender, dishes and utensils. The living room features a queen-size sleeper sofa, HDTV, dining area and access to a private patio. The condo is two stories and the bedrooms are upstairs.
*Please note, unit may have stairs, use of stairs may be required to occupy the unit.
The property features two pools (seasonally heated), a jacuzzi, park-style grills, picnic tables, and much more.
Occupancy is limited to six guests total, per two-bedroom unit. With two people, per bedroom plus an additional two people on the sleeper sofa. Property will not allow overcrowding of the unit beyond the existing bedding, with no exceptions.
No RV's, campers or mobile homes may be parked on the premises. Parking is limited to two vehicles per unit.
Early check-ins are not available. Check out time is 10 a.m. Please observe this rule, as the housekeeping staff needs time to prepare for the next arrival. Upon leaving, please secure all windows and doors, load the dishwasher and start, remove all trash, and strip beds.
Limited - service availability of marina onsite. Boat slip is $200. Parking on gravel is $75 (very limited availability). Parking boat in a parking spot is $150. (No boat ramp - no fuel supplied on premises). Please inquire for availability prior to booking. (subject to change at any time).
Although Coconut Mallory is a non-pet friendly resort the property does allow Service Animals in accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act. Guests may also be accompanied by a certified Emotional Assistance Animal as long as written documentation of the Emotional Support Animal's legitimacy is provided at check-in. A Non-refundable $320.00 Cleaning Fee for your Assistance Animal will be due at the time of check-in.
The property will provide bed linens, starter packages of detergents, bath soap and paper products. Please be sure to pack any specialty items that you may require during your stay.
Coconut Mallory requires a credit card and photo id at the time of check-in. This credit card is held for potential unit damage, missing items, or incidental charges during the stay.
Pictures are representative of the unit, decor may vary. Units are assigned after booking, in seven night increments. Multiple week stays may be booked, room moves may be required.

Overall it was fine.
Things to know:
1. Its not near old town (we knew that) and the drive to old town is about 20 minutes then you have to find somewhere to park etc.
2. The unit itself is a strange layout. There were 2 floors. Living room, kitchen and pation on the first, 2 beds and 2 baths on the second. If you need to go to the bathroom you have to haul it up 12 stairs every time. Not great for older people and definitely inconvenient but manageable.
3. You do not get clean towels. If youre staying for a while, youre going to have to pay to do laundry and wash the towels you are provided.
4. Parking at the resort gets scarce at night especially when the bar (gumbos) is busy.
5. The pool says "seasonally heated" maybe we just werent in the right season for it to be heated.
We travelled with 2 kids, 4 adults (3 of them older) and had a fine time. If you are looking for something cheaper than the places in old town, this works.
I will say i did get a messge from the owner accusing my party of being rude/disrespectful to staff and further stating they had never had to deal with renters like that before. I asked for specifics about the instances to apologize and rectify the situation but was given no information. In fact, i never got a reaponse back at all. So that was awkward and made me and the rest of our group feel very uncomfortable for about half of the vacation.
I definitely wont stay here again. Id rather pay more.

Great time!!
We had a great week! The place was as advertised. Gorgeous landscaping and lots of areas to sit and visit with our friends. All was clean and neat, well laid out and people were very nice. The condo was in great shape! Each bedroom had a TV and the balcony was large enough to comfortably sit the 4 of us for breakfast. Lots of room for everyone. Would love to go back!!

Quiet corner of Key West
Peaceful location with lovely views of a channel and Atlantic ocean. The marina was a pleasant place to hang out even though the bar was closed. It was not ideal not knowing what unit you would get until arrival. Securing a preferred unit would be a better process. I would stay again

This property was great. The room was extremely well kept and clean. It over looks the pool. Our family had a great vacation here. Will be back.
