Très bien, je recommande.

Très bien placé : 5 min à pied du métro rail lui-même à 15 min du downtown. Quartier calme. Appartement fonctionnel, propre, parfait pour 2. Très bonne literie. Nombreux équipements. Les propriétaires sont très prévenants, réactifs aux demandes, ils ont un excellent site internet.

Peu de choses. Parfois il peut être difficile de se garer tout près de l'appartement.

Las camas rechinan, la luz exterior entra a la habitación y el cuarto en la noche parece de día, la puerta es de vidrio y entra la luz externa e.imposible dormir con tanta iluminación, el parqueadero es en la calle, y uno queda estacionado algo distante

Good location, good apartment, friendly host.

Is in an apartment complex. Quiet neighbourhood. Is nog far from the coconut grove metrorail station. That why it was the third time we stayed here. Sergio and family are very caring hosts. Thank you!

La ubicación es muy buena , las habitaciones lindas, las camas muy cómodas. Tuvimos un poco de dificultad cada vez que abríamos la puerta pero sin duda recomendaría este lugar 🙌

Good stay for a few days to see Miami

Location location location! You don't need a car if you stay here, all public transit is in the palm of your hand. Clean and cozy studio. Incredibly smooth check-in.

The kitchen needs some love. For instance, it was hard to know whether the stove was off because the knobs are broken and have been glued before, could be dangerous. The bed was shaky, it was enough for my mum to turn a couple of times to wake me up, which has not happened in other places we stayed during our trip.

Affordable price, accessibility

I liked the relatively cheap price with a kind landlord. It has convenient access to major tourist facilities such as Miami Beach, Everglades National Park, Key West, and also Airport.

The shower curtain was a little short, so I had to turn the bathroom into a sea of water every time I took a shower. but except that thing, the everything was perfect!

Very Cozy Studio

It was very cozy. Loved it❤️ the bed was very comfortable so that is a big plus for me.

The noise outside the room all types of hours. Other guest renting will sit outside the room to either talk loudly on the Cell phone or with other people. No consideration that there are people sleeping at those types of hours and no regarda to the quiet time rules🤷‍♂️ I didnt like that there was no Mop You need to have a mop on the premises , in case the bathroom floors get wet or any other spills. You also need the little thing that comes with the broom to pick up the garbage, when you sweep the floors.

I received a refund, but I should have got all my money back because I didn’t get the property that I booked.

The property was doubled book,and and the other property that he sent me too was too small.

Too small to accommodate how was with me.

The place definitely needs some updates. Looks much different than on the pictures, many things are visibly old It also has a very small bathroom and shower where we could barely move.

Was slightly misleading

It did end up being like 5 minutes away from the place I needed to visit daily.

The neighborhood looked kind of concerning but it ended up being fine. But the actual apartment didn’t look like the photos portrayed online. Somethings pictured were not there (it was either missing completely or broken and not replaced) The furniture inside was not comfortable at all. It said new stainless appliances and I saw the stovetop in a picture but it was no oven. We couldn’t check in early due to them needing to “clean” but it didn’t look like much was done. It was 2 people staying for 10 days and received 3 towels and 2 face rags. The soap provided in the bathrooms had been mixed with water or something. It was dish soap but nothing to wash the dishes with or clean up with. I Had to go to the store to buy a lot of the things. I’ve stayed in other places similar to this and other air bnb where more things were provided. I was in town for surgery and the location to the place was close so that was the only plus. If I wouldn’t had purchased this in full with no cancellation I would’ve left. I still wanted to leave and just take the money as a lost but I couldn’t find anything else available close to that area. When I did contact the owner about AC issues he did respond right away! But I wouldn’t book here again when I return back
