It was a pleasant stay and we had a good time. The hot tub should had better instructions. The projector did not work which was a shame since it is a beautiful multi-level theater room. The 2 sofa beds is the theater were shorter than a twin. Be careful about parking because what looks like the owners area is a no parking zone. One of the guest had a warning on his windshield. The air hockey table was sub par. There is a warning about getting a $75 fee for not taking the trash out. We had to pack it in the car and drop off at the club house. Some complained about the internet but it worked fine for me. I was little surprised because there were a lot of excellent reviews. My advice is to reach out the management service immediately if needed.

This property is a top property for small getaways. Home very well kept up and had all the things needed for a fun filled weekend. This is the 3rd time renting this property. Won't be the last.

We rented this house for 2 families with 4 kids. It worked out great. Plenty of room and the house was very clean. The theatre room is huge a great place for kids to hang out.
Only wierd thing is the lack of doors on the bathrooms in the 2 king bed bedrooms. No privacy. Kinda wierd but not a huge deal.
The communication from property manager was fantastic. Any question was answered within 15 minutes.
It is very convenient to so many great places (Shenandoah National Park, Massanutten, water parks, ect).
I would definitely recommend.

My family and I enjoyed our stay at the property. Great location. It was spacious, organized and clean on the inside for the most part. The master bedroom with whirlpool tub and large walk in shower was beautiful! The theater room was an awesome feature. It would’ve been even better had the surround sound been functioning properly. The outside of the home could use more care and attention, the decks in particular. The second feature that drew us to this property was the hot tub. Unfortunately , we did not get much use out of it. When we arrived it wasn’t clean and the the water level was too low. However, once a call was placed, a service technician was out the next morning. Communication was great. Plenty of decent dining options on the resort and in the surrounding area. If you’re planning to cook the kitchen is well stocked with all the essential equipment. There’s a supermarket less than 15 minutes away.

There was something for everyone with lots of elbow room. We couldn’t have imagined a better environment to relax, unwind, and connect with family. Pool table, hot tub, games, theater room, air hockey, spacious yard (we put up a three person hammock that the kids loved), private balcony, clean, well-stocked kitchen with many appliances.
Plenty to do in the area as well… caverns, zip-lining, horseback riding, shopping, escape room, even white water rafting.
Communication/responsiveness with the owners was prompt and courteous. Would definitely stay again!

We were here for a wedding and this was an excellent home for our family for the week event

We enjoyed the house. Very clean. Nice setting. We wanted to stay in a 5 BR house. This was listed as 5 BRs, but there were only 4. They appeared to be claiming that the Theater Room was a bedroom. There were two fold out chairs in the room, but certainly not meant for sleeping in all night. The MBR on the first level has its own bathroom with a curtain as a door. Definitely needs a real door. Also, didn't really care for the ROKU TVs. We actually had to get a 30 day subscription to be able to watch the final NCAA basketball game in the theater room. Kids loved the pool table and hot tub. There were good activities for the kids and adults. Some pretty good restaurants in the area, also.
2.0
Yes, the children loved it, the adults somewhat less. The children loved the theater and the air hockey. The pool table is missing some balls, but was useable. The main seating area wasn't large enough for our group. The home is older with a lot of cosmetic problems, but everything thing works OK. Nicely equipped kitchen. The games that were furnished were mostly missing equipment and were not useable. We didn't get to use the hot tub but it looked nice. It was nice to have the garage especially to charge one electric vehicle. Somewhat irritating to be charged for cleaning but we were required to take the garbage to the dump. Overall, a reasonably nice place for a family ski trip.

Pool table was a highlight for the male family members old and young alike. Ideal size property to accommodate a big family such as ours.

This house is a perfect location and nice and roomy. Plenty of room for the kids to run around and play and we all enjoyed the big theatre room!
5.0
While I read the many great reviews about this rental, I was even more impressed with the house. The location to the ski resort was so nice-less than 10 minutes away. Tons of room for the entire family, plenty of paper goods, soap, towels, etc. Very clean rental and great communications with the management. The theatre room was fantastic!!

The property was beautiful. When we had a slight issue the management was on top of it. Very nice people and the location was wonderful. We would definitely re-rent the property again.

Great location. The theatre room was so cool for the kiddos! Love the “lounge area” in the garage to hang out in after the kids go to sleep. Master bedroom and bathroom were beautiful! Will be back for sure.

Great Location, Large Home
This home has lots of room to spread out. The kitchen is wonderful in that it has a double dishwasher and double oven. All the necessary equipment was there, we found that it was hard to find things to store leftovers in, so bring your own baggies or roll of Saran Wrap to cover containers. We had a few issues that we told the owners about: The games were mostly broken or missing pieces, the air hockey table was not working when we first arrived, it was quickly fixed so it was playable; however, the scoring system still didn't work...that being said we still enjoyed it. There were two washer/dryers in the house which is great when there are a lot of people. We did have an issue with the lower level dryer on our last night which I hope will have been fixed quickly. The master bedroom was amazing. Great bed, amazing shower and jacuzzi, lots of space. The bedrooms all had lots of space. The towels and bedding was plentiful and we had a sufficient supply of start up toilet paper, paper towel, and hand soap. I did not use the hot tub, but the young adults in our party who did said that it probably needs a deep cleaning because it felt sandy in it. Also, the deck off the master bedroom probably could use a deep cleaning. The intererior of the home was meticulous and we felt that it was warm and welcoming. We were about 20 min from a Walmart which was great to buy perishables and there were lots of restaurants in the area. We felt the location was perfect for our needs.

Perfect spot for work and rest
My team of 4 rented Margarita Villa for a combo work and chill retreat. It was perfect - spacious enough to break out into teams and work and also everyone have space to chill on their own. It also 30 min from Harrisonburg if you want to grab a bite in town one night. Would definitely come again,

Great house for graduation
We rented this house for our sons graduation from James Madison. It was perfect we were able to get to and from the graduation ceremony easily and instead of having to deal with the crowds and restaurants we just came back to this house for a nice relaxing dinner with the whole family. House was well stocked to prepare meal. House had lots to do and lots of space to do it in. Played pool and air hockey big table for cards and hot tub. Also loved the movie room We had a really great graduation weekend

Great skiing getaway house
Perfect location for skiing at Massanutten Resort, only 7 minutes from slopes. Great house for large family. Great theater room! Very nice master suite. Excellent parking. House was great for our weekend skiing trip.

Nice spacious Massanutten home
This is a beautifully designed mountain property with ample space and lots of amenities. The kitchen is huge and perfect for multiple families to use at the same time. The billiards room with overlooking wet bar is a great place to socialize and hang out. The upper level has a colossal master bedroom, jetted tub and enormous shower. Last but certainly not least is the theater room which was enjoyed by both the grown ups and the little kids alike.
The house is located about one mile past the entrance to the resort, so it is convenient to both the water park as well as the snow sports.
We had a great time staying here and the kids loved the place. The only recommendation I have is to install a door between the downstairs MBR and the bathroom. This is particularly important when multiple families with kids of varying ages are staying together.

Spacious, Relaxing, and Beautiful Location
My husband and I were very pleased with this location. We invited friends to celebrate his 40th birthday, and there was plenty of room for everyone to enjoy themselves. Some of the seating could use a good update, but it was still relaxing. We only discovered 4 bedrooms in this house, but the beds were very comfortable. All in all, we would love to stay at this beautiful location again.

The property is very well located, very spacious, and the theater room alone is a reason to choose this house. Check-in and check-out were very easy.

Perfect place to stay while we were in town for JMU Graduation celebrations!! Large family room, dining table area and garage/driveway; well equipped w/ pool table, air hockey, and a fabulous movie room! This home and all of its amenities was perfect for our 3 adults and 3 kids aged 12, 11, and 7. The home was clean and comfortable. We all agreed that half of the downstairs and all of the upstairs was super fancy, but the entire house wasn't so fancy that we couldn't make ourselves at home. I appreciated the second driveway that isn't up a steep incline, but if there's no ice, the other driveway is really convenient because you can pull right up to or in the garage. We had some technical difficulties hooking up all the electronic things that are available in the theatre room, but we wouldn't have used them all anyway. Heat rises so our first night upstairs got pretty hot so we would advise lowering the thermostats before bed. Everything you'd want in the kitchen is provided, even a waffle maker! It was pretty cold in the garage so we didn't use the air hockey table as much as we might have in warmer temperatures. A little space heater in there would be a nice touch. We all enjoyed the hot tub, and given its very convenient location we used it a lot - even if the kids just hopped in for a 10 minute soak multiple times a day. The next time we have a ski trip, we will definitely return here.
