We are 1 mile or less from HyVee, Aldis, Wal-Mart, Lewis, Texas Roadhouse, many other restaraunts, Scooters Coffee Shop, parks, gas stations, library, etc. There are taxi and Lyft services available. Absolutely NO alcohol parties, NO under age drinking, NO drugs, NO pets, NO smoking inside. If 21 and younger, proof of ID's will be required at check in. If there is under age drinking, you will have to pay a security deposit, the police will be called and you will have to leave immediately. Then, I will have to report you to VRBO.
