About this house rental
This condo is conveniently and centrally located in the heart of Grand Haven. Three bedroom, two bathroom condo with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and fully updated kitchen and bathrooms. There are queen beds in the master and spare bedroom and two twin beds in the other. Serta air mattress is available for additional sleeping. Fully stocked kitchen including dinnerware, silverware, coffeepot, baking dishes, and glassware. Within and surrounding the immediate complex you will find a coffee shop (Biggby franchise), Temptations ice cream shop, Jimmy Johns, Culvers, Ryke's Bakery, and a new and fun restaurant called The Paisley Pig. Located walking distance to the downtown district, Chinook Pier, and the Historic boardwalk.

The property was clean, had everything we needed and was within walking distance of downtown. Large bathrooms.

The location was wonderful and kitchen was well stocked. Plenty of parking.
Listing said two double beds in a bedroom, plus pullout sofa in the living room. It was actually twin beds and when we arrived there was a note saying we can’t use the sofa bed. Had to setup an air mattress. Booked it for 8 people, so that was a bummer. They provided 6 towels for the 8 people.

Nice condo and good location, but a few things were broken, blind in one room, lamp switch in bedroom and bed post. It was well stocked in the kitchen and plenty of essentials in the bathrooms! We would stay there again.

We had a great time visiting this property. It was a perfect location since we were boating on spring lake and then we were able to walk downtown for dinner. The home is spacious and fit our needs. The pull out couch listed in the listing is broken so they have provided a blow up mattress. It worked for our group but something to be aware of. Thanks for hosting us!

We brought our 3 kids up to Grand Haven for a few days to play at the beach and visit Michigan’s Adventure (theme park) and this was the perfect condo for our trip. The space was fantastic and location was great. Bigby and Ryke’s Bakery are right in front of the condo so we would walk over every morning for coffee and amazing pastries before we ventured out for the day. The condo is definitely a walkable distance to town but with our kids we found it easiest to drive and never had a problem finding parking. We loved our time here and would recommend to friends. Our oldest even said, “anytime we’re in Grand Haven, this is where we’re staying from now on!” We could recommend so many spots in the area but some standouts for us: Chinook Pier mini-golf, Ted’s restaurant (in Spring Lake), and Jumpin’ Java (the honey & cinnamon latte was excellent). We also tried a handful of recommendations from the condo binder and were never disappointed – so trust the binder. :)

Everything you could want is at this beautiful location in Grand Beach, MI. Family friendly, quiet setting, pool AND beach access along with games, bonfires, smores, popcorn, etc. Comfy beds, great rooms, and would definitely return.

We had a pleasant stay here for 4th of July—the condo is in a great location, close to the beach and downtown. The condo could’ve been a touch cleaner—it smelled strongly of cats upon arrival, and triggered the allergies of one member of our party. The furniture and mattresses are rather worn, and could do with an update/replacing…all that said, overall we enjoyed our stay!

It was nice accommodations but nothing that particularly stood out. Suggestion: 6 adults staying for 2 nights... provide more than 6 towels and 6 washcloths. Additional nice gestures are including a few bottled waters.

Communication with owner was not that great. Said property would ready around 3:00 p.m. when asked about check in time. Arrived at 3:30 p.m. and when we tried to open the door, the cleaning crew was super annoyed and said it won’t be available until after 4:00 p.m. Condo was super clean and very spacious!

Nice property, close to the beaches. Very spacious condo. Perfect for my wife who uses a power wheelchair for mobility. Wheelchair accessible vacation properties are difficult to find. This place works well for those physically challenged.

The condo building changed the way doors were accessed from the outside the day we arrived.
The host was very responsive in communicating with us when we initially couldn’t get in. Once we got that figured out it was smooth sailing.

This was a perfect place for me to celebrate my 60th Birthday with my 5 older Sisters. It was clean and spacious; proximity to downtown, boardwalk, pier and dining was great; the elevator was perfect for my mobility challenged sisters. An area of improvement is maintenance; hideaway couch bed was broken and couch uncomfortable, garbage disposal was broken and recessed light in kitchen flickered the entire time, kitchen facet leaked greatly and plumber had to replace. If paying full prime price, expectation is that unit is well maintained.

Roomy condo with large bathroom
Very comfortable stay for my 3 friends and me. Nice kitchen, big closet for our suitcases, a big bathroom, and another full bath. We loved being just a short drive from the lake. It was nice to have a coffee shop next door.

Perfect Place
We loved this space - perfect for my family and my son who’s in a wheelchair. Very easy process and very clean and comfortable place. Also the perfect distance to soccer in the sand. We wish it wasn’t booked for next year already but hope to find another place owned by the same people.

Grand Haven is a favorite doe our family
This is the 2nd year we’ve rented this same condo. It suited our needs and is close to downtown - a short walk. We’ll for sure look to rent in the area again. The accommodations at this condo were great. The only suggestion would be possibly a new mattress in the large bedroom (the one without the Master bath )

The condo was in a great location and very spacious. Our only problem was with one of the beds. It was extremely uncomfortable. This was previously mentioned by other guests. I hope it gets replaced immediately. Otherwise great stay.

Soccer in the Sand accomadations
Our daughter played in the Soccer in the Sand event, so we were gone all day Saturday and Sunday. This place was perfect for us. The decorating was well done, and we were very pleased with the cleanliness when we arrived. We were grateful to have the washer and dryer accomadtions. We got soaked coming home on Saturday. The area and surrounding neighbors were very quiet. My only recommendation is to update the bed in the back room. It has been commented on before and not addressed. My two girls slept in this room and did not sleep comfortably. The bed was the only major complaint. Some of the bath towels could use replaced, but otherwise, everything was spot on. We would consider staying next year if the bed gets replaced.
We never had to communicate with the host. All the directions were well explained.

Great Getaway
The place was clean and well appointed. The complex had plenty of parking and was an easy walk or drive to town. Loved having a few restaurant choices right there. The Paisley Pig was delicious! My only complaint was that the queen bed in the 2nd bedroom was extremely uncomfortable-it almost felt like we were on an air mattress. We had to switch beds with our kids the 2nd night. This was the only downside so we would stay again.

Nice, Roomy Condo Near Many Things
We had a nice family get together at this nice condo in Grand Haven. It is only a mile from downtown and the beach and was very comfortable. Only suggestions are there is not a Keurig or shampoo (as is advertised) and the closets could use some hangers. Thanks!
