There is a kitchenette equipped, with an electric stove, fridge, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, and other utilities for your usage.
There is a comfortable sofaBed and a flat-screen tv where you can relax after a day in the city.
The bedroom has twin beds with hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort.
The bathroom is equipped with all you need for your stay.
Free WiFi is available in all areas of the apartment.
Towels and bed linen are provided for your stay.
Service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for your convenience.

Please take note that there are some renovation in the 3rd floor of the building (you are located on the 4th), so there might be some occasional noises throughout the period of april/june.

NOTE: The elevator will be out of service from January 2nd until January 23rd.

The accommodation is ideally located 10 minutes by car and 20 minutes by public transport from Porte de Versailles (Salon des Expositions).

The accommodation is accessible 24 hours a day thanks to an electronic lock. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property if our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
