I booked the rooms for my guest's.Room's /property wasn't appropriate for family they refused to stay there.I asked for the refund i didn't get one.Oyo's policies are horrible.l paid oyo half a amount which was 2k.Expected a refund but didn't anything.OYO IS BIG FRAUD🙏

Worst experience. No more OYO rooms for me. Worst cleanliness and managemement.

I didnot like anything.

I have lost trust in OYO rooms. No more OYO rooms for me. All aspects including general appearance, cleanliness, staff, and amenities were poor. Mosquitoes, unchanged stained bedsheets, uncleared dustbins, unclean room and wash room, broken windows, no flush and stench of nearby unclean toilets were the least. Only booked since it was OYO chirag and now I really doubt if there is any standards are required for OYO _ may be painting a wall, adding floor paper, and a thick matteress is whats required. Hated the stay and could not sleep either. Worst experience and would not recommend anyone. Did not stay for breakfast and vacated early.
