About this house rental
Boasting 5x bedrooms, 2x balconies, a kids retreat, ping pong table and fully enclosed garden this property is set to be a winner for the families holidaying in Dunsborough.
Arriving through the front entrance there is a TV room to the right complete with large corner sofa and reverse cycle aircon perfect for all seasons. On this level you will also find 4x of the 5x bedrooms, and not forgetting the kids retreat which even has a small kitchenette area. The ground floor bedrooms are serviced by the bathroom with stand alone shower and opposite this is the laundry room inclusive of a washing machine and dryer.
Moving upstairs you are greeted by the large living, dining and kitchen area. The kitchen is fully equipped ready for the chef of the family to take the lead on cooking duties. Take your pick of sitting on the balcony looking at the Peppermint tree's or around the dining table inside. Along the hallway is the master King room with walk in robe and doors leading out on to the balcony again. Stay cool in Summer and cosy in the cooler months with the reverse cycle air con unit and there is also a Pot Belly Fireplace for winter. Please note, firewood is not provided for the fireplace. If you would like to use the fireplace, firewood is available from the local service stations. This floor also has the family bathroom with stand alone shower and seperate WC.
Feel safe in the knowledge that the kids can play in the back garden as it is all enclosed!

This property is self-catering, however a starter pack of toilet paper, hand soaps, dishwasher tablets, dishwashing liquid, sponge & bin bags is provided.
School Leavers: We do not accept any school leavers bookings at any time of the year.
Exclusive Escapes wishes you an enjoyable vacation but we also ask for you to show consideration to the neighbours with respect to noise, especially after the hours of 10pm.
Council regulations allow holiday homes to be rented for accommodation purposes only and not as a function venue e.g. for a party or wedding. Functions and gatherings are not permitted and, if evidenced will be closed down immediately.
Please be aware that noise complaints are a breach of our terms and conditions and may result in forfeit of your bond and / or possible immediate eviction from the property.

Great house and perfect for 8 mates to get away. Close to town walking, on the beach, nice a quiet and a good break.

We loved our stay at the Bay Beach House. The house was HUGE and plenty of room for two families to live without being on each others toes. While the finishes are older than some of the ritzier homes in the area, it felt like a homely beach shack. Great if you've got young kids - it was functional and robust.
The location is primo, being across the road from the beach... For a house this size, it doesn't get much better than that. We would highly recommend it.

Plenty of spaces to chill, with every need catered for from the kitchen to the activities.

Me and my group of friends were happy with the house. Lovely set up off the rooms with accurate pictures. Facilities were good with everything working which is nice. there was small damage to the house eg cracks in the wall and tiles, dent in the wall but nothing that limited our stay. Would reccomend to friends.

Great large family holiday location
Great location close to town and close to beach access.
Perfect for 2 families with multiple living areas, balconies and large backyard. The house is on the older side and the timber frame second storey makes it a little noisey in the master bedroom with kids running around in the morning.

Great family holiday house
House was great very large, quite old although well looked after, good with small children as nothing breakable. Location was good walking distance to the beach and town centre however was on a rather busy road. Enjoyed our stay :)

Great location and comfy home
Definitely enjoyed our stay, great layout, clean, warm and cosy beach house, with a kitsch vibe. Perfect location, a good walking distance to town, if you're not in a rush - but why would you need to rush when you're at such a gorgeous location. The beach is right across from the house, though there wasn't a view of the beach, because of lush, greenery hiding the view, it was still fantastic sitting out the balcony in the evening, to unwind and listen to the waves crashing in. LOVELY

Not good value
Very expensive for what is quite an old, run down property. The house did not smell good, perhaps because of what the cleaners used before we entered. It was so bad we had to buy some fragrant candles and leave all doors and windows open for hours. It is on a noisy street for cars and the air con in the kitchen doe snot work very well. I would not book again even if it was half the price as there are much better options available.
